Well... Sirranthony (Tall Hispanic Looking dude, wears checkered style shirt), and Tiffany McClain (27ish talking looking woman wears flower on left side of her head- Very Intimidating-) are big bullies! I used to work at this location since June of 2018. I have high functioning Aspergers and was denied service and was intimidated into leaving by Mr Sirranthony. Also Mark Walden (District Coach Wears Glasses and is always on his phone! On the Clock!) and Is also very rude and Intimidating towards his “Workers” as he would call us. I ended up leaving 3 months in due to many health hazards and dirty appliances. I got Frying Oil on my hand because of a miscommunication between my General Manager “Tiffany McClain” as when she was training me on how to use the fryer. I’d ask questions about “what if this happens...” and her response was just to walk back to her “Area” and I’d get nervous and would go back to the counter to help loyal guests with their orders! I was so involved in my job in terms of helping the Guests... in bringing them their food. And going out of my way asking literally every guest... “Are you enjoying your meal?” But what gets me is all of the Guests I knew working there have relocated to either a different location or just flat out avoid this location. But it didn’t have to be that way... If an customer was dissatisfied with their service... they’d ask me for the Managers Name... id give it to them as I’d be honest if they paid and had to wait 11 minutes for an order. But when Mrs Tiffany McClain would hear me honestly giving the name of the GM. She’d be Bluntly Disrespectful towards me the entire night. A week and 2 days before I put in my two weeks notice (that’s my gift from god knowing when this happened) she asked me to do dishes and it was 16 minutes before my time to fly. And was there till 1:34 am (though I was scheduled till 11:30) later found out from my honest service champion Ivan that Tiffany had me do dishes as she had to do it every night when I was not scheduled and wanted me to do it. So that way she could go home. And later found out that she hadn’t seen her kids for 2 days! I knew it was kinda fishy but so help me if I express my concern... I’ll get yelled at bluntly and sent home. It’s kind of difficult to see that a Cashier is more honest than a GM who is hired on to do a little bit of everything not just sit in the back office and text her husband and come out when she feels like it and complains to me about being nervous about dropping the nacho fries (at the time when they were doing that bell grande frie) in the middle of helping a Guest with her order. But is her problem my problem when their is guest willing to do business with your franchise... I think they would dread hearing that hey do the fries. I got this I’m better than you. And the thing was I loved doing the cash register I was good at counting change and giving legendary Guest Service. But obviously it’s clear they rather hire some person who has criminal records than take time to help an Man with Aspergers out with correctly learning how to do the fryer and ultimately have confidence in dropping fries! But some people will just will know until they work fast food. They lied about Competive Hours. I’d come in on my four day schedule and Mark Walden would be there With Bethany Blann and Mark Walden would hover over her and Bethany would turn her head towards me and say “We need you to Go home, Labor is way to freaking high “ obviously the GM and District Couch get to cuss but it’s like if No one of higher authority is there with Professional Attitude then it never happened. District Couch was very unprofessional in many circumstances to which I also considered in two weeks notice because I was scared that I was doing something wrong. There was also the Secret Shopper who drove a Red Chevy Spark and when he would prepare to exit his vehicle he would intimidate us into faking a perfect scenario. To which I had. Character is something that plays a huge role in any work environment. I also honesty and...
Read more98% the time, Great service, friendly, fast and have the order right even on those late long drive thru nights , most of the time I feel for the crew then because I have noticed many nights there is NO crew, just a few associates trying there best. And when I request added red sauce and cheese to my burritos, I get it, and added meat to my choices, over 85% of taco bells, I order these choices but do not recieve, its bad service especially when you pay extra. I know, how to tell, not only because I am human and can tell, but because my husband gradually worked his way up the later to manager back in Cali, and I co managed a Taco Mayo for a few years, please try and be patient with the crew ar this location and any fast food, because the crew works hard trying to get the food out, in a timely, fresh, and have it right. Most times, under staffed, and rhey are held to corporate guide lines, even if the crew knows theres a rush at a certain time, the computer tells them.how much to prepare wether it be less or to much if its less the customer pays for the wait and the associate pays for it all the way around, because if you even make to much and its not bought you not only get in trouble but can loose your job for waste, that normally goes with the scheduling of staff as well, a computer telling you the figures, they also have trainess scheduled at the wrong times, try to consider if it was your job, a friend or family member. Dont be a jerk and say they should of went to get a higher education, would not have to work at a fast food, most are working to put themselves thru school, or out and cant find work, could be a first job, or a 2nd or 3rd. No matter the reason they are at your service, to feed your craving whenever, so be kind. Thanks, if anyone takes the time to read this, let alone has an open mind the next time they complain over something so small as they forgot a napkin or a fork, go to a 24hr chain gas station and pick it up, you probaly needed to make a pit...
Read moreI've ate here multiple times over the past few months because it's one of the few places open so late. Around 6 months ago all the employees were sweet and understanding and would apologize if they got something wrong. Unfortunately this isn't the same anymore. I've been there twice in the past 3 weeks and both times were absolutely horrible. The first time they messed up 2 things on my order and when I asked them nicely to please fix them all I got was mean glares and the sliding door slammed in my face. I said thank you anyway because I want to be polite and I got another door slam. The second time all they said when I pulled up to the ordering station was 'order' and when I said I had a mobile order they just sat in silence for like 10 minutes (presumably getting the order ready, i was the only person there) before telling me to pull forward. They were extreamly rude both times and messed up the same thing both times. (added tomatoes and put ice in my drink) I dont particularly care about the ice since it's just a preference but I'm mildly allergic to tomatoes so I prefer not to eat them. Again they were both mobile orders so all they had to do was read. I've worked fast food before and it's not this hard especially when I'm the only person there since it's so late. I will not be coming back to this location. 2 stars because I hope the nice employees found somewhere nicer to work. if I could give 0 to the...
