oday around 1 PM, I came to this location to pick up a delivery order. While waiting, I noticed a male employee (appearing to be in his 40s, and seemingly in a managerial role based on his demeanor) singing loudly in the back while another female employee was preparing food. At first, it seemed lighthearted, but then he began singing about cross contamination in a joking manner.
When I told him I was there for a pickup, he handed me the bag. However, as I turned to leave, I was shocked to hear him say loudly, âOh, he has scabies. He has scabies.â I immediately realized this comment was directed at me. I have eczema, which had recently flared up, and I had just seen a dermatologist for treatment. To have a manager publicly mock me, especially about a visible medical condition, was humiliating and unprofessional.
I was mortified and at a loss for words. Instead of reacting in the moment, I simply asked for the district directorâs name to report this. I later learned this location is under a different district than I expected.
The point is: this employeeâs conduct was completely unacceptable. His behavior didnât just reflect poorly on himselfâit reflected poorly on the entire brand. I will not return to this location, and I will not recommend...
   Read moreOver the last month and a half, weâve ordered 3 separate times and each time we receive the wrong order. Tonight when I called the young girl working was aware of the mix up already and was apologetic. I felt her sincerity and she sounded like she was crying. My bone to pick is with the manager. I asked for corporates number and the young girl was instructed to tell me they donât have it and itâs probably on the website. You could tell the girl didnât even want to say it. Why wouldnât the manager try to speak with me? At least act like you care.
I KNOW 2 out of 3 times, the same lady was in there calling out the order, checking and packaging the orders, and yet I still received the wrong food!!! I really hope the employees arenât getting in trouble because of her negligence!! This 3rd time was through door dash and my bag wasnât even sealed correctly!!! I thought this was a joke and someone tampered with my order, but nope. Just the same olâ carelessness.
I get being a new location and working through the minor challenges but seriously, get someone in this location who KNOWS what they are doing and can lead!...

Ordered a 40 family piece, we made the mistake of not checking the bag there. Drove Home about (40 min) due to traffic. Got home and realized that some of our food was missing. Called the store the lady that answered was nice about it and apologized, but I could hear the manager in the back ground complaining. She said to come back they would be ready in 18-22 min. Get to the store and our missing food was not yet ready. They hadnât even started it. Manager assured me that the food was in there. When it clearly was NOT!!! He was accusing me of lying saying that the food was in there. After we had a few worlds he started cooking our missing food.
DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE, WE WILL DEFINITELY DRIVE FURTHER TO HAVE...
