I waited five minutes to order with no acknowledgement I was there. Multiple employees looked at me who were just standing there and then ignored me. They seem afraid to talk to people?
Then I waited thirty minutes for my food after ordering. They were moderately busy, but there are also six employees working.
I watched about a dozen people who had ordered after me get their stuff. I politely stood at the counter to try to ask about my order to make sure it was in the works and was ignored. I finally asked someone and she said “it’s coming” without checking anything. I waited another 5 minutes. I then asked her to please go check. It hadn’t been started.
I then got mostly just a wrap (like the actual tortilla) with some vegetables in it. I’d paid for extra chicken but clearly hadn’t gotten it, but at that point was over waiting. This also isn’t the first time something like this has happened here. I get it’s a fast food chain and not a top tier restaurant but very...
Read moreI get mistakes happen, but how even did a watermelon mojito smoothie (w/no add ons, and during a slow time) become 3/4 of ginger and the rest lime? I took two sips, I genuinely believed I just hit a lime spot cause it didnt blend well- it was just straight up ginger. I got sick on my shift, had to stop working for a little bit till my stomach settled. No one should have to check if they're drink mostly consists of a add-on that they didn't even order.
Usually it's alright here, a few of their employees will just jump to 'is that all?' but there are ones who will let you finish telling them your order. If you are on lunch break, or in a rush do not visit- even in the drive thru, I've sat up to 15min. Asides from what happened today, the food has been good and I do like that the employees aren't encouraged to make small talk/even look at you, I just want my food and to...
Read moreI don't think I have ever been asked for a tip from a drive-thru worker before. After taking my order and pulling around, the first thing she said to me at the window was, "Do you want to tip?".... What. For what? You took an order. After I told her no thank you, she said it would be ready in a few minutes. Okay great, she stands there with her 4 other coworkers really working for that tip they asked for. I looked for some sort of tipping jar, but didn't see one near the window. I'm glad I didn't give them anything extra. After leaving and mulling over the interaction; it seemed very rude and entitled of them to be asking for tips. I feel like "tipping culture" has gotten out of hand. I tip when I feel its necessary in situations. Starbucks drive-thru usually has a tip jar, but they never outright ask if I want to...
