Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Tunkhannock Township

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. This is the third time in a row I have had a poor experience at this location. I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes ahead of time and arrived two minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I was greeted upon my arrival and was told it would be a few minutes until my sub was ready. I was kind and understanding as it seemed they were very busy at the moment. As I was waiting, three new customers walked in and ordered at the counter. All three customers received their orders and checked out before I was informed they were out of the bread that I ordered. Two out of the three people who walked in and ordered after me received this specific bread I ordered. I told them the regular bread would be fine as a replacement and I waited another 10 minutes before my sub was ready. When I got home there was barely any meat on my sub. It was literally just tomato, lettuce, and onion with minimal meat that I could barely even tell was there. I paid 18 dollars for this sub and even tipped the employees an extra two. I love Jersey Mikes but this location is far from consistent and is not up to par with other locations I have visited frequently. I have had way too many bad experiences...

Went to this Jersey Mike's with my 2 sons on Sunday night 08/06/2023 at 8:00pm and the open sign on the front window was off, but the hours on the door stated they were open until 9:00pm. Before we placed our order, we were immediately meet with an attitude from both of the females that worked behind the counter. They both seemed bothered that they had to deal with customers after 8:00pm, when they had a whole hour before closing. I must say the young man that added the fixings to our sandwiches was very professional, polite, and courteous, unlike his 2 female coworkers. I hope the owner of this Jersey Mike's sees this review and does what he/she sees fit to protect their investment.

In the past I have ordered subs through the app and pick up with no problems. Tonight was a different story.

I ordered a hour ahead of time so I could pick up afrer work. I arrived a couple of minutes before my pick up time. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Then, they only made the one sub so I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the other sub. Why? And when I received my order, I got a very insincere apology. I was very annoyed at this point.

But it gets better. The cheesesteak was ordered with NO peppers. When I got it home, it had peppers on it. My husband cannot have peppers. What a disappointment!
