I’ve always liked this McDonald’s, so it’s sad I have to give them a 1… all because of ONE employee. I ordered through the drive thru - 2 large caramel frappes & a large fry. When I got to the window to pay, the guy repeated my order saying “2 caramel sundaes & a large fry”. Here is where I, yes, I messed up. Instead of asking the guy if he had meant frappe instead of sundae or telling him I ordered frappes, I just said yes. My 2 month old son was fussing in the back and I was helping my husband find a bottle to give him, so I wasn’t really focusing on what the guy said either. Again, MY fault. When I got to the pickup window, the girl handed me the fries & then the sundaes. Before taking them I mentioned that I order frappes. She asked for my receipt, I handed it to her & she rudely said “yeah, it says sundaes” I asked if I would be able to get frappes instead. Before I could ask if I could pull ahead to wait for MY mistake (which is why I wouldn’t have minded waiting) she closed the window in my face while saying “it’ll be out”. When she came back to the window with the frappes I thanked her & wanted to apologize again for holding things up, but she said something sly under her breath & closed the window as fast as she could. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she has short dark hair & black plugs in her ears. I completely understand being annoyed with a mistake that was not HER fault, but to be rude to the customer is not professional. I don’t care where you work, you don’t treat a paying customer that way (even if you’re upset with them - because I am a firm believer that the customer is NOT always right - like me in this situation.) If she acted this childish for a pretty minor mistake, I would hate to see how she would act with a larger mistake. Things happen & if you can’t professionally handle them, then a different job might be better. With that being said, I get people have bad days, but we’ve all been there & had to work through them WITHOUT being rude. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received today. I honestly will think twice about coming...
Read moreI ordered our dinner and various large frozen drinks for our family, frape, milkshakes and smoothies. This was a treat for us as I've been laid off since March due to Covid. When they gave me our drinks my mothers frape was a small, I told them I had ordered a large, the manager looked over the receipt and said they put it in as a small and even though it was their mistake they said I would have to refund the small and order a large. There was a long line of cars behind me as there had been when I got there, this conversation had already taken about 5 minutes and I didn't want our frozen drinks to melt so I said I would just purchase another small as long as it wouldn't take long. They assured me it would only be a minute but told me to pull ahead. Almost 10 minutes later after 7 cars had passed by me I was about to pull out when they finally brought the drink out. When I got home all of our other drinks were half melted. It seems as though the manager who was working the evening of 10/22/20 is more concerned with quanity over quality at the...
Read moreThis use to be the best McDonald's in our area but since they remodeled I am not a fan of the place. Prices have gone way up and the quality has gone down. The majority of the time most of the employees are still friendly and offer good service though much slower then they use to be and get your order wrong a higher percentage of the time. Out of the last 3 times I was there they had my order wrong or were missing something from it and out of the last 3 times through the drive through I had to pull into a spot and wait all 3 times. Ordered a mcchicken with cheese and bacon paid for both but didn't get either. Ordered a nugget happy meal with apple slices and apple juice didn't get the apple slices. Ordered a happy meal and didn't get the kid fry that is supposed to come with it. I could go on but I think you...
