Our first Jack's experience was a dine-in, late lunch for my kiddo and myself. We blindly ordered since we were newbies, so we went with staple items. I got a fried chicken sandwich combo and TK got a cheeseburger kids meal. The chicken sandwich was just a bun, fried breast (good quality meat), and pickles. I dressed it myself from the condiments provided in the well-stocked trays, but no matter how much mayo and mustard I put on it, it was still dry and not flavorful. I took a bite of TK's cheeseburger that came with chopped onions, pickles, a little mayo and ketchup, and I wanted to swap with her. The meat wasn't flavorful, but the rest of it, especially the bun, was pretty darn good.
TK's meal had the same amount of well-salted crinkle cut fries, and the drink was only 4 ounces smaller. TK's was $3.99 where mine was $7.19. Both are really good prices for combo meals these days, but I'm leaning toward a meal that's over $3 less for the same amount of food. We got a cookies and cream milkshake to go, and it was watery and not the best. We would skip the shakes and try just a scoop or two next time instead.
The lady that walked around and checked on us and our need for refills, etc was absolutely precious. Her pleasant demeanor was definitely the highlight of our experience.

I actually asked for a strawberry and cream pie and they said they only had apple and I said oh ok.. Well then Iāll take an apple pie. I just looked at my receipt after getting home and I was charged three dollars for an apple pie ala mode instead of $1.59 for a pie.
Sheās either just as bad at her actual job (order taking) as she is customer service (soft skills) or sheās purposefully overcharging. Either way terrible all the way around.
Do better Jacks. Your reviews arenāt great. Change happens at the top. Iād find a replacement for braids as well as the manager on duty tonight.
