Denny's — Restaurant in Turlock

Don’t spend your time and money at this dennys. Manager has really poor costumer service. She didn’t greet us. She’s always mad or looks angry all the time. I was there for about 1 1/2 and she never smiled. I do understand working with customers and in a fast environment is difficult. But that’s not a reason to be mad all day. If you hate your job so much maybe it’s time you find a different career. Life is too short to be doing something you’re not passionate about. I also like to say that closing one side of the restaurant on a Sunday and during Lunch hour is not a good idea for whatever reason. Their was so many people and and one out 2 costumers where complaining because they had to wait. Everyone was a crammed up on one side. There was even a lady who they want to sit on a chair and she kept saying she had a Barack injury that she needed to sit on a booth! My advice don’t mop during busy hours or high traffic hours! My family and I got a table right by the entrance and it was so uncomfortable I took one bite out of my sandwich and didn’t finish it I left it all. All the people that where just waiting for a table where all just steering at us since we where right by them. And then to top it of they charged me 2 kids meals when we only got one. Now I have to call and see if they will refund my card or if they are going to make me go in waste my time and gas!! Yeah never again going to that place. Please get...

The worst experience! Got seated, ordered our drinks. It was cold so I ordered hot water with lemon and honey. When they brought it to it was hot water, three slivers of lemon and no honey. My bad for liking hot lemon water to actually have lemon flavor. While someone else was getting my lemon (which ended up being 2 more slivers) the waiter had already come twice to take our order. This is all in a matter of less them 10 minutes. The place was not busy at all but they were sure in a great hurry to get us out of there. The employees were really busy...talking to each other. The food was beyond gross! For one they use imitation butter in their mash potatoes and I must say, way to much! My husband didn't have potatoes with his meal but it was equally as bad. The waiter never even came back after someone else and delivered our meals to see how everything was. When at the register paying I mentioned how bad the potatoes were and the girl checking me out just said "I've never had the potatoes". She was preoccupied carrying on conversation with coworkers. Worst Denny's ever!! Avoid if you don't want to get sick because I did about half hour later. Especially Not fun when...

I came in & ordered food for 3 ppl to go. I was over charged by about $5. I noticed when I looked at my receipt. They did give me the difference back, but would not give me my proper receipt. They messed up 2 out of the 3 meals. I noticed when I got in my car. When I brought it to their attention that the hash browns & eggs were missing, the woman told me I was wrong & that they were there. I told her, "If it's there, show me." She took the lids off & got gravy all over the outside of the containers & the inside of the bag. When she saw there was no hash browns or eggs, she told me the meal didn't come with hash browns or eggs. I said it did & reminded her that when she had taken my order she asked how I wanted my eggs & if I wanted hash browns or fried potatoes. She got a menu & tried to prove me wrong, but proved me right. I waited for them to fix the two meals & the one meal they didn't mess up got cold while waiting. They fixed one meal correctly but still got the second meal wrong. I had family waiting for me & since it was my meal I just took it as it was. I enjoyed the food as did one other person.
