Taco Truck REY de REYES — Restaurant in Turlock

Ordered over the phone but when I first arrived the cook inside was busy watching a soccer game I waited about 5 minutes until I got attended. I ordered a burrito torta and quesabirrias doradas only good thing was the burrito it was well balanced with traditional flavors and added avocado cause no excess grease and meat was good. Torta on the other hand was a mess it looked like they tossed a burrito bowl in between two buns no layers whatsoever the bread was really soggy I and finally the quisabirras dorradas were the thing I regretted buying the most. They are literally tacos cooked until the tortilla is hard with a coating of grease the birra was very flavorless and it had an outrageous amount of cheese that overpowered the birra and could barley taste it in bites and there was an excessive amount of grease that tasted as if it had been used for a long time it had that rancid tooth plaque taste to it. Update: not sure why some people say there isn't chicken served here because it definitely is. Who has tripas, and cabeza but not chicken? Claim is false! Added photos of menu as proof. True story: my cousin raved about this place so much that he volunteered to freeze pack and mail me a burrito to Tennessee. After three days, it was STILL delicious. I knew that when I moved here the fresh one would be even better.

Now that I live just down the road, my family and I have made a ritual of coming to experience the best burrito I've had in my life. The owner, Raul, is spectacular. This is for their location on stefens street in delhi next to the car wash. The menu looks good on the pictures but far from what you get i order a torta and they gave it to me with burned bread on different ocation i order a burrito thinking tortas is not their thing when i open it tortilla was burnt i mean black then this last time i gave it a go i order the birria tacos and the damn tacos we're burnt too if thats their style of cooking why in the hell they show totaly different out come on their menu.
