Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Turlock

Stopped in to get something to eat, online said open but there was a car blocking the drive thru . Since we couldnt order we had to go to denny's which I spent more than I wanted . Anyways just wanted to let everyone know this is not how a buisness is ran. I sure was looking forward to eating a sour dough and Curley fries but nope I watched about 50 Cars tried to go thru the drive thru but could t well got tired of watching and left this was at the lander jack in the box Went across to get something to eat and decided to drive back across and see if the car was gone , no it wasnt just as I was getting ready to leave a jack in the box shift leader came out got into the car and parked in front on the restaurant I went up to her told her I watched 50 cars come to the drive and leave cause they couldnt go thru. I get that it’s fast food and won’t always be great, I fully understand that, however, don’t get breakfast here, tried to eat a hash brown this morning and when I bit into it my mouth was filled with old grease. Absolutely sickening, I will likely spend the rest of my day nauseous feom that one bite because it was enough grease (old grease) to fill a quarter cup inside of one little hash brown. I wonder if that is just how they like them or if they really just can’t be bothered to let the grease drain for a moment before serving it to you. No one cares about their job anymore? Went to order in the drive thru and asked for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and for a coke and i waited in line for almost 10 minutes and they managed to mess up my order and instead gave me a Dr Pepper and didn’t even put bacon on my cheeseburger which bacon alone is like an additional $2 fee. I tried calling several times to speak with a manager because I had to go to work so I didn’t have the time to go inside but none of their managers believe in answering the phone and I wasn’t even able to leave a voice message because there mail box is full.
