I'm updating my review from a few years ago, and I'm impressed with the significant improvements! The inventory has increased substantially, eliminating frequent stockouts. The staff has also undergone positive changes.
Abby, the store manager, deserves recognition for turning the store around. He's kind, pleasant and genuinely cares about the store and customers. His excellent customer service earns him 5 stars!

Suggestions for Corporate
Update the store Repair/replace damaged features (e.g., cooler door handles) Consider lowering prices to address price gouging concerns. prices are way to high !!!! I almost can't afford to shop here " seriously" never thought I would ever say that about $DollarGeneral$

I was shopping at the store tonight and had a very disappointing experience with one of the cashiers. He was short with very short hair, like a grown-out buzz cut. While I was checking out, I saw him spit on the floor and then step on it inside the grocery store, which was extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. When I asked him if I could use the restroom, he refused and told me the restrooms were closed.
