I’m guilty of not writing reviews but here I have to make an exception. I went to Sew Creative on a friends recommendation to have my convertible top replaced. I dropped off the car and the new top unopened in a box, when they opened the box they discovered it had a rip. Fortunately for me Eddie and crew had taken precautions to inspect the top as they opened the box. I was away on vacation when I got the call about the rip. Eddie worked with the manufacture to replace the top and to change the color to what I wanted. Not to long after all the work was done the rear window shattered, through no fault of myself or the shop Eddie took responsibility and working with the company confirmed the window needed to be resized and a new top was delivered and changed at no cost... What company out there goes through this much work to satisfy a customer " Sew Creative" does. Can't thank Eddie and his team enough, not many like you...

Took our classic car for headliner install. The owner was rude and arrogant. Damaged the tint on a window, and didn't put on several parts that we provided. Had ripples in the liner and when we told him and showed him he said "well don't look at it, it's not a perfect world"... What!! Then charged us $150 more than what we were told on the phone when it was ready. Plus, the car was dirty and someone drew on it with their fingers... That's a custom paint job and this is how it was treated! Will never go...

I rented a trailer from there uhaul that is attached to the office. The girl at the counter was nice she stated I could bring the trailer back Sunday without being charged because they were closed. A family member passed away that Sunday so I brought it back first thing Monday morning. Approximately 9 AM, the owner of the place was quite rude and charged me for Sunday and Monday. Save yourself from doing with this clown and try...
