January 8th: They don’t deserve any stars at all. We walked into the store to get a small necklace set and when asked a young male stated, we barely opened and we do not have any. Then he goes on and made a comment saying I am the owner of all the stores. It is sad that you have to announce to people to let them know you are the owner. We didn’t say anything and then he said we have all these jewelry and why don’t you pick from these. I told him you do not have what we are looking for. He started being rude and disrespectful. First of all you didn’t acknowledge us when we entered the store and kept using his phone throughout the whole time. Then he gets mad when we asked him to help us. We do not care if you are the owner or not but learn to appreciate the business you get instead of showing off and being awful. Worst customer service and immature behavior from a kid who thinks he has the right to speak to...

This place doesn’t even worth one star. I wish I could’ve given 0 and less than tht. People in both of their location here in Turlock, Ca and as well as in Fresno, Ca are extremely unprofessional and impolite. Once they see you making big purchase ; They will promise all the things and still not be very specific about it and once your are out the door. They tell u whole different things regarding exchange. DO NOT go to any of these location. One of more thing they are all “OWNERS” somehow they fail to keep their reputation alive. People please read one star. Reviews before ending up their. Disgusting cheap place!!! I bought in 10,000 dollars gold and he gave me the gold in plastic bags!!! Like the garbage bags!!! So cheap to give you gold bags like all other places! After choosing all the golds he rejected to let me pay with my credit or even debit card!!! Again sooo cheap to avoid any visa fees! He embarrassed me infront of my fiancee and rejected even take the money with Zelle!! Made me drive all around California to get cash from different banks and come back just because he is cheap! I just came back because my fiancee was sooo embarrassed and uncomfortable because of this place !!!!! Guys don’t come to this place believe me, you deserve better...
