Usually a great experience at this Starbucks. What really disappoints is the lack of consideration for the costumers. I went to make a purchase through the drive thru and they didnāt have change for a big bill. I told the person I would be coming back in a few mins. Came into the store since the drive thru line was long; everything was going smooth unti I saw everyone getting their coffee except myself. Spoke to one of the baristas and they just half answered, I waited about 20 more minutes and still nothing. I then go back and ask about my order, turns out they still didnāt have it and now I had to re order. I must say itās disappointing seeing that Iāve been coming here for years. I get that short staffing happens but when I walked up to the window to retrieve my mobile order a worker named Daisy rudely said I couldnāt do that and needed to go to drive through. When going through drive through I was scolded the same way I scold my child. I was the only person there, but she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. What an experience Iāve received here. I have a busy schedule (like everyone else) and donāt appreciate the attitude. Iām more upset I was already running late or I wouldāve spoken to whoever else was in charge. I get there and thereās this huge line at the drive through. Lucky me, I ordered for in store pickup. I get to the door and thereās a sign on it that says ālobby closedā. I call the store phone number and no answer, I tried one more time and no answer, then I saw the girl in the drive through and I told her whatās going on and she said Iād have to get in line at the drive through.
I didnāt have time to wait in the drive through, thatās why I mobile ordered for in store. So I just left and went to my meeting....
