McDonald's — Restaurant in Turlock

Horrible customer service with slow wait times. Piss poor management with bad business practices. Wouldn't even rate a star. Went through drive through and was given our ice cream and other cold drinks and was told to go park in there reserved parking to wait for rest of food. While parked realized that they shorted us a drink ad after about 20 mins of waiting they finally brought us our food. We told the lady about the drink and also realized the forgot an order of fries too. Lady went back and after another 10 mins another lady came out and asked us for our receipt we couldn't find one and told her. 10 more minutes went by and a manager came by and brought us a bag of absolutely nothing we have ordered. Frustrating I told her what was going on and she says she'll reprint the receipt to check. After waiting a few minutes she came out with a receipt saying we got what we ordered. I told she was wrong and we have ordered the drink and fry. I asked for the receipt but was told I couldn't have this one which I find to be alarming, I also asked her why they would give us the frozen goods like ice cream first to wait in our car on a hot day for around a half hour to melt. I asked her if she could at least replace these melted drinks but was told I would have to go through the drive through again and purchase them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO TACO BELL OR...

Went To get two coffees girl at drive-thru was trying to Talk to person in front with a Corvette and if she was smart enough she would have figured out it was Dad car So she was hanging out the window four lights 3 - 4 minutes pull up to window she's there repeating the order don't hear her don't understand her and it just nodded yes when it was time to get my change I don't know how the chick did it but she bit my hand and change went all over the drive-thru I looked at her and thought a lot of stuff but it was too earIy smiles and moved to the window you pick up at the manager was there thought about it but realized this place usually employees idiots then realize why iDrive half ways across town to the other McDonald's when I only live 3 to 4 blocks away from the West Bank location I guess when they get there s* together people will start going back and to top it off the coffee tastes like it crap and the one star was only because you can't...

This place gets 1 star because I had to give it one. This place is definitely a horrible establishment. I ordered 2 different meals here and when I went to pay the girl at the register repeated our orders correctly to what we had ordered. When we went to the pick up window we grabbed our bags assuming that everything was correct. When we got home we realized we had a whole different order. As we returned to the drive up window the girl at the register admitted to ringing our order up wrong and said she would take care of it and fix it. We then drove up to the second window and they told us we had to pay the difference after everything which wasn't the problem. The problem that ticked me off was the manager Michelle. She lacks basic management skills and doesn't even know how to talk to her customers. Instead of listening to what I had to say in regards to my order being incorrect she shut her drive thru window right in my face...
