Well, well, well. I’ll start by saying, I come here all the time. I normally dine in on Tuesdays for the special, my favorite! I come here so much it’s also fun to use my rewards. Since I’ve been visiting bww, I notice how the bartender guy that was normally there, didn’t have the best customer service or interpersonal skills that I’m use to. Until I noticed he does, just not that easily with black people. I always tipped accordingly. My food had come out incorrect a few times on their behalf and it was never a problem because most times the error is handled. Somehow, someway I feel as if they blame me overtime for the mistakes on their end, which is why last time I went I got trespassed. Never til this day has I disrespected any employee their. When Anthony called the police on me it was totally discriminatory. I was flabbergasted. I went to Anthony after waiting an hour for my food to let him know how long I had been waiting. I ordered my food at the bar and it ended up at the front in ToGo bags. He follows me to the bar and I let the bartender know that he’s about to discount the food. Then, low and behold the white bartender throws a temper tantrum and yells I threw a box at her. She lied because I was black, maybe. I never would throw a box at a bartender. I’m a bartender and never have I been treated this way at a bar. They probably looked at the cameras and saw that was a lie because they didn’t mention that to the police but I did make the officer aware of the lies. I recorded Anthony while he decided to tell me he was going live on Facebook to record me as if he wasn’t already humiliating me for no good reason. While he’s recording on live, for some reason he blurted out my personal business asking me if I use to work at a place that I indeed used to work at. After his antics, I realized that I can still win this test. I refused to disrespect anyone, and asked if I could simply buy the cold food and Anthony said yes, but the white guy who is the manager said no. Every time I come in the white manager stares me down as if I ever did something to him, yet I always ignore because I’m just there for the chicken. We have never had any issues other than my food being inaccurate, respectfully. So to here Anthony tell me that the white manager belligerently said that I always give them problems was not a surprise. You see, as a black customer, I had no business here. Look at what happened after I came to get chicken. Praise God.
I have never disrespected anyone here. I understand you may not like me, but to go against company policy and disrespect a continuous customer because of personal issues is unbecoming. I have Anthony on video humiliating me to make himself feel better . I will...
Read moreWAITRESSES TALKING IN THE STATION AND NOT EVEN GREETING US. I came here with my boyfriend and his two kids. The host sat us and we waited a good 20 minutes. Oh this was a Saturday. Maybe an hour before th because I’ve been a server before and I’ve missed greeting a table before, it happens to the best of us. We waited some more. Still haven’t even ordered a drink. We asked the same server if she could holler at our server again. We still could not get anyone to come wait on us. Finally we asked the same server to get the manager. My boyfriend is a kitchen manager and started explaining the situation to the front of house manger who just seemed oblivious to anything going on. Thankfully Josh stepped up and said he would wait on us but at this point I was ready to go. There was absolutely no reason no one was there to even greet us. And absolutely no reason why even when asked twice our server did not come. I feel like my boyfriend and his family were being racially discriminated against in this establishment and the server staff and as well as management. There were more than enough people standing around talking in the server station that could’ve easily taken initiative before the manager and a serve from another area of the restaurant had to get involved. After we had been taken care of by Josh we could see People after us that were seated in the same row were being waited on with no problem. This is why I feel like this was racially motivated. I felt so bad for those boys and their father. They just moved from San Antonio to live with their dad and he was just trying to show them a good time in Title Town. Buffalo Wild Wings did not represent a college town restaurant well. I’m surprised it’s been running this long. It needs people that care in new management. It was absolutely unnecessary....
Read moreNo matter how much I tell myself this is the place for chicken wings I always walk away disappointed. Wings are not a good value since they became popular and here you have to pay for their giant TVs too. From where I sat I could see 8 screens (6 and 2 halves, actually) and 4 of them (all 3 of the big ones, plus 1 of the kiddie size screens) were playing the same channel. We were there over a half hour before our order was taken. I had to get my own refills (seriously, I went to the fountain station and filled up my own glass). One server filled 1 glass of 5 at the table. We were attended by other servers more than our own. It took 20 minutes after I was handed the check before she came back to get the card (22- I was going to dine and dash at 30). I tried to pay in the app because I was tired of being there- 2.5 hours at this point- and I have to work tomorrow. Guess what? You can't pay in the app. I guess they stopped updating it in the 90s. You can do contactless payment after you give the server your phone number and they text you the link. BWW- you don't need another way to scam me out of my telephone number, I couldn't even register in your app without agreeing to receive your garbage promotions. Honestly the button to register is inactive until you agree to be spammed. I won't go back until I forget just how much I don't like BWW. But on the bright side I got to see my brother for his birthday so it was a good night after all, and no, I didn't tip. She...
