the slide was very fun and i would do it again but that’s not what this is about. this is about the doughnut looking thing below the slide. we didn’t know how it was supposed to be used so i started running on it like a treadmill. now hindsight is 20/20 and it was a stupid idea but i don’t think i have even caught so much air. my foot slips and all of the sudden in superman and hovering 3 feet off the ground. i soon fell, hit the doughnut facedown, and was flung to the ground where i landed on my butt. i do think i might have bruised my ribs as it does hurt to laugh but it was a fun...

Community Health Fair Sat, April 15, 2023 @ Snow Hinton Park hosted by DCH, U of A school of Nursing, local clinics & more. Beautiful day walking thru the many health exhibits offering info & prevention pamphlets, note pads, pens, pamphlets, tote bags, pens, note pads, etc. Most importantly getting information & knowledge out to community. Common issues ie. diabetes, blood pressure, bone disease & much more! about 5 local food trucks available for lunch. ambulance & EMS rescue on display. Definitely worth attending! already looking forward...
