Curbside pickup was the worst experience of my life today and made me feel as if I wasn’t as important as the other customers was that was there. For one before I even put in my order for curbside pickup I called the store first to see was it too late to put in a order for curbside pick up because on the internet it said 3pm but she said it wasn’t it was already 5pm, so when I got there the guy told me at the front of the store that it was too late and there’s other orders in front of me and they was the only 2 working in the store and couldn’t pull my order today remind you that I asked before I ordered and when I tried to tell him that he walked away from me and treated me as if I wasn’t important enough to hear what I was trying to explain to him and like it was my fault that they was the only 2 working anyways after today I will never order anything else from this store there should have been a better way he could have handled it and they should have had more to help pass out people’s orders I didn’t like this visit at all I wish there was more I could do but they should treat there customers better than what they are...

This was my first time here. I looked them up online to see what file boxes they had, and it said they were on sale for $3.99. I walked into the place, and an employee told me they were on aisle 13 or 14. I asked where that was because the aisles I'm standing in front of were in the 80's. She pointed to the left and said it was that way. Not helpful! I found the aisle with another employer who didn't ask if I needed any help. I looked around and grabbed what I hoped were the right ones. I get to the register, and they are not the ones at that price point. She looks it up on her scanner and then says that it is on aisle 13? I ran back over and had to read the fine print on the label to discover they were way too small for my needs. So, I carried the same ones back up to the register and checked out. I paid $10.79 for each. So...

Let me tell you if pleasant and friendly was ever said about the workers at a store that is what I would choose to say about this store. The staff was more than welcoming and awesome me and my best friend went in there yesterday and they were beyond Awesome. The manager was working in a isle with a team member showing her what she needed to do. The cashier was so extremely sweet and polite, greeting us as soon as we came in the door saying Welcome to Michael's. To the point now they helped us find every last thing we needed which was basically like 20 different things lol. I would definitely say that Casey was a awesome cashier and his manager with a little green in her hair was Awesome definitely go there and some great...
