If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and son went here for lunch through the drive thru and was very rudely told to come order inside. So that’s what they did. I then got a message from my husband saying that we aren’t ever going to this location again. Their experience was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service here hasn’t always been great to begin with but this was completely unacceptable. With our order, we wanted two milkshakes. The cashier said she “wasn’t taking orders for milkshakes” yet the person in front of my husband and the person after my husband ordered milkshakes and got them. So she definitely singled him out. The cashier was also trying to talk people out of ordering certain food items because they were “out” and that it was going to take a while. Saying things like “are you sure you want to order that? It’s going to take a while.” My son and I usually come here every Friday for breakfast but we will no longer do business here because of the constant lack of decent...

I can’t begin to tell how many bad experiences I’ve had here. Today they were out of cups, 9/10 I get the wrong order, almost every biscuit I get is either dry or severely over cooked. This situation happened multiple times- I ordered a biscuit w extra butter (because they’re ALWAYS dry) and either I don’t get extra butter OR I have butter leaking ALL over the biscuit and almost seeping through the bag. It’s happened for spite. I went through the drive through, t came aback around after realizing I didn’t get extra butter and then the guy in the back made fun of my request and preceded to drown my biscuit in butter to where it was actually too gross to eat. The oil needs to be changed for the fries- they always taste gross. I never get semi-quick service. They let people sit in drive through, I have expressed these problems multiple times and management seems to not care. The workers are usually on their phones, playing...

The customer service was not good at all..just highschool/college kids there for a paycheck. The fries were cold, and the burger was not freshly cooked. The only thing was hot and fresh were our boneless wings, and I believe that's because we ordered a 24-piece, other customers ahead of us and behind us were pulling out of the drive-thru line because it was taking so long. No welcome to Jack's may I take your order, just may I take your order. When I got to the window she asked, did the car in front of you pull off. I answered yes, then she gave me my total.. No repeating of my order and telling me thank you when finally giving me my order. She just handed it out the window and kept moving. Jack's on hwy 69 Tuscaloosa, AL around...
