Southside Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Ordered from this restaurant through Door Dash, never ordered or eaten from this place before so I thought I’d try it out. We ordered on a Sunday night around midnight and when the order arrived at my house it was completely the wrong order. It wouldn’t have been as bad if it weren’t Christmas Break and many people hadn’t gone home, I’m just not sure how you can even mess up that bad when surely you aren’t even that busy. When I called and asked if anything could be done. The employee (who I hope wasn’t a manager) told me there was nothing they could do since we ordered through door dash and he didn’t even seem considerate about it. Nor did he seem to really care at all. He also had an attitude and was very disrespectful about it and I was nothing but cordial the entire time. Don’t even waste your time or money at this place but especially don’t order through any...

pizza look nothing like the one in their advertisement. The crust was burned and look like someone had taken a bite out part...

Chicago style pizza is excellent. Would give 5 stars except they mixed up 2 take out orders, so check your order...
