Ordered curbside togo on the app. We arrived at restaurant a few minutes early and parked directly in front of the store, checked in on the app. Waited 10 minutes past our ready time in app (3pm no other customers in sight). My husband called inside to see if the food was near ready and make sure we sent the order to the right location. Phone is answered by a very rude woman would informed us we weren’t parked in the right place. There is no marking for curbside at this location. He asks where and she says pull up to the side door and hangs up on him. We pull up and she waits several minutes to bring us our food and basically snaps that curbside will only be brought to us if we are in this exact spot. Tosses us our sandwiches and leaves. They weren't toasted my husband's was on the wrong bread and wasn't made the way we had asked so as any normal customer we took them back. The owner? Manager? Whoever the lady is was totally one of the Rudest, argumentative unprofessional person I've ever incounterd in the food industry! She tried to tell me I was wrong and the mistake was mine not theirs and I was goin to take these sandwiches and eat them! Never asked how may I help you - just looked away as if she didn't want to serve me. Older employee attempted to take over but unfortunately it was too late.
