good food means nothing when there is no humanity within a team. Here at this little diner, the moment you walk in, you feel like you are seeing old friends who just happened to cook and serve food. There is genuine love instead of just customer service. It’s clear that these people love to see the community. And that’s a great feeling to have and it also makes the food just taste so much better when you know there is love behind it. and of course the food itself is just goddamn amazing as well. I just had a typical good old American breakfast, traditional, eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, and coffee. And everything felt like it was made at home. It was obvious that nothing had been put on a warmer. Everything was fresh and delicious to the last morsel. my favorite is the fact that, the bacon was crispy and the sausage was juicy. You take a bite out of that sausage and it just melts in your mouth like M&Ms. I also love the atmosphere about this place. It feels like walking into 1985. And it made sense because as soon as I walked in, I heard Phil Collins singing Sussudio lol. yeah, I wasn’t kidding. When I said it feels like walking into 1985. But that’s what I like about it. You look around and you don’t see modern this and modern that. You see a very comforting scene. As comforting as your own living room. I come to this place often and I always will. And if you come, you’ll notice the exact same thing that I noticed. Great food, wonderful employees, who feel like old friends, and an atmosphere that is just so charming. This little place deserves all the positive reviews of the world. And everyone working here definitely deserves the best as well. Because they give their best. It’s obvious they don’t smile because that’s what they are told to do. They smile because it feels good. You could see it written all over their face. They are proud of the food they serve, and they are proud of the community that they are a part of. and I am proud to put up...
Read moreMy visits to this Denny’s location are always a highlight of my week, and that’s largely thanks to our favorite server, Heribarto! He consistently goes above and beyond to make every dining experience exceptional. His warm, friendly personality lights up the room, and he always greets us with a genuine smile that makes us feel like family. We absolutely love that Heribarto leaves the hot coffee pot table-side—it’s such a thoughtful touch that keeps our cups full and the conversation flowing. His attentiveness is unmatched; he checks in just the right amount, ensuring we have everything we need without ever being intrusive. The fact that this location still honors Denny’s rewards and offers a free Grand Slam on birthdays is a huge bonus, but it’s Heribarto’s stellar service that keeps us coming back a few times a week. Heribarto’s efficiency and care shine through in every detail, from remembering our favorite orders to making great recommendations when we want to try something new. He’s truly a gem, and his positive energy makes every meal here a delight. Thank you, Heribarto, for making this Denny’s feel like our home away from home! Highly recommend requesting him if you visit...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I moved to Tustin about 6 months ago, everything in my life felt like it was in boxes—literally and figuratively. On my first morning here, hungry and still settling in, I walked into this Denny's next to my apartments and was greeted by Patty. She didn’t just take my order—she took the time to listen to my story. We talked about moving, life, and even about her family's military service. That moment stuck with me. It reminded me that in a world where people are often in a rush, it still matters to be heard—especially over breakfast.
Since that day, I’ve been coming back nearly every Friday. The service is always top-notch, the food is consistently delicious and warm, and the staff treat you like a regular even if it's your first time in. And let me just say—these are hands-down the best hash browns around. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and cooked with care every single time.
This Denny’s doesn’t feel like a chain—it feels like a hometown diner. The Tustin location brings that comforting, familiar energy that’s hard to come by these days. If you’re looking for a good meal and genuine people, this place...
