Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Tustin

1st visit was a ZERO star. But ill guve them a 4 star on my 2nd visit.

1st visit Every table was dirty. 10 tables to sit at and only 4 taken including me.

Ordered a chicken bowl with veggies and no rice. Was given minimal chicken, 4 pieces of broccoli, 5 carrot slivers. And a bowl of cabbage. I always eat at Flame Broiler, this one didn't hold up to the standard of all the others.

2nd visit 2 weeks later on 8/31/17 went much better. All tables were clean. I ordered the same dish but with no cabbage. Broccoli, Carrot, chicken servings were much better. When I wandered in, the young lady cashier was cleaning diligently, sweeping up stray grains of rice but fully ready to take my order.

Veronica, the cook, jumped to it and prepared 2 bowls of fluffy, steamy, meaty goodness. This location has never disappointed me, so I decided to mention it to them. Spreading good vibes, you know?

I love coming here because the food is good and convenient. I work late and go to the gym after work so I usually order here at night. The only thing that I feel bad about is that I get a guilty feeling whenever I get there at 840/845pm to order because they have already mopped the whole floor. If it’s past 845pm I won’t order for obvious reasons. I know they close at 9pm so I don’t know if it’s something I’m doing wrong but the workers don’t really make me feel welcomed but rather annoyed. I’m just confused if they close at 9pm what time is the latest to order without annoying...
