Which Wich — Restaurant in Tustin

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment today. As a devoted fan of your sandwiches, I was looking forward to redeeming my birthday Wich. Unfortunately, Sandra's behavior made my visit quite unpleasant. Upon entering, she loudly exclaimed, 'If you want an order, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes.' Despite this, I decided to stay and dine here.

After redeeming my free Wich, I still had a small balance of 54 cents to pay. I attempted to use Apple Pay, and Sandra's response was extremely impolite. My father had to step out to retrieve his wallet. During this time, Sandra apologized for the delay. However, when I assured her that the wait didn't bother me, she rudely retorted, 'I wasn't apologizing to you, but to the lady behind you.” She made it seem that my presence was inconveniencing everyone and causing delays. I was taken aback by her response.

As a long-standing loyal rewards member who has frequented Wich Wich for many years, I have never encountered such poor service. Very low tier like trash town type of place, and overpriced, for a few dollars more than subway and possibly worse food.

The meat was just tasteless, and the one i ordered with steak was lit cut defrosted grey mass, prob just heated up, which is very unsteak like. the lettuce was soggy, like as if started decomposing, the bacon was worse than from subway.

I don't know if it was bread or something else but I walked home for 3 min and at home half the sandwich was soggy, and as far as I know its not one of those places that dips it in sauce. The fries just came in a bag like just plopped in there, it would have been fine if it was a smaller bag, but it was kind of annoying reaching in, and just felt like a garbage, also fries are like 1 dollar a bag at ralphs type of fries.

I ordered a large drink without knowing they give you like a thick plastic cup, which for a fast food, I already feel all kinds of bad for the food and the trash it leaves behind, and giving a thick plastic cup just did not feel right, like I am at Disneyland with refillable, but in the middle of town. the cookies looked...

Horrible customer service, the people working there were rude, slow and messy. My sandwich which did not have avocado in it was completely smeared with avocado which to me means they aren't cleaning their utensils in between making sandwiches..disgusting I had to throw it away. You'd think especially now with the pandemic the standards would be higher...they are not. There were 4 or 5 workers and it took 20 mins + to get my 1 sandwich order. They were all standing around chit chatting basically yelling at customers to wait outside. Obviously not an issue with that but msg could have been relayed more politely. Very disappointing.
