Miguel’s Jr. — Restaurant in Tustin

Went there on Sunday, one simple order, instead of bacon I asked for steak and I was charged for steak for both of my order, only one had steak, let me tell you the quality of food? 1 star is enough, the first cashier got my order wrong, other one told me she can fix it, she said I cancelled your order and you will get your refund, I never got the alert on it that I received money, liar! She charged me again, so technically for two small burritos I paid $52 total, literally they have no clue what they’re doing, I called the manager is like oh I can’t help you without receipts, the chick took my receipt to do the avoid or whatever then she never gave me anything back, the second receipt I had Carwash that day I had no idea she messed it up even more, i guess to call my bank, never going back here, drive to Santa Ana for your breakfast burritos, is not that far and the food taste so much better, also they know what they’re doing cuz clearly these guys no one knows what’s up. Don’t go here period.

Update: I call them with my receipt and this woman that was saying she’s one of the supervisors gave me some excuse that since it’s been a week we have to email the corporate and bla bla bla, your worker at the register have no clue what they’re doing, charge you more for the order, then they lie they canceled it and they have to charge you again, do not give them your card or fall for that nonsense, god knows how many people they do that to, you really think I have time to call around email around to get my refund, imagine how many people give up because they play a game, you should have refunded me already, not me going around calling, this is a fraud, I’m reporting them to BBB so as...

Miguel’s Junior what a disappointment.

I like to start by saying that I love Mexican food and I was a loyal client to your restaurant but lately, I’ve been receiving the wrong order constantly. Per example:

I ordered chicken I received beef.

I’ve ordered 3 carne Asada plate the meat was almost rare.

Carne Asada tacos cold chewy beef and cold tortillas as they cracked and split when handling.

Burnt chicken taquitos and tried to covered with an extremely amount of cheese.

Chile relleno burrito with seeds.

I’ve been in the drive-through waiting for my food sometimes like 28 to 29 minutes. I don’t understand why the wait is so long. I’ve tried asking why at the window but your employees are extremely dismissive and condescending when talk to.

Honestly buying lunch or dinner at Miguels Junior has become disappointment. Long wait to only to get my order wrong it’s just not acceptable.

It’s unfortunate that the employees at this location are disinterested in taking the orders accurately nor cooking the ingredients correctly.

My last order was Sunday June 4, 2023 and it was wrong again. Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and got a tiny Rice burrito. Yep. A Rice burrito. Yeah!...

Been coming here for years and today was complete disappointment when I really looked forward to my cheat meal. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito extra cheese. Tell me why when I picked it up I noticed it felt cold and stiff which is unusual for this place. After a few bites I noticed that the burrito had 90% cheese and barely any beans. Whoever made it has probably thought it was funny because there’s no way any normal person would have thought that was okay. I had to literally take out as much cheese as I could which is still just cold and shredded. The drive through girl also gave me weird vibes but I didn’t think much of it until after I seen what my food looked like.
