I don’t even know how to start this review. I am so livid to have had to experience such terrible service. this doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I was mistreated by the employee at this business today. I came in with my daughter she was excited to try the tea here and upon my entry we walked and stepped in line I had a drink in hand and sneaked a sip quickly and put my mask just low enough to drink. Right when I did that I was told mam we require our masks on so I said ok and immediately put my mask back up. I said sorry I just needed a quick drink. the employee responded well you can drink outside with the worse attitude I have even been give an a local business. I saw the look of the other customers and even they looked shocked with the way the employee talked to me. I said to the employee you are so rude I am leaving I can’t give my business to a place that allows this behavior and said with a nasty attitude okay. the worse I can’t believe these kind of...
Read moreMy most recent visit to Leaf N Cream left me unsatisfied. They had cute light bulb containers for drinks so I ordered one for my regular milk tea. I asked for no ice and mentioned it twice. Upon receiving the drink, it was filled with ice. I told the drink maker that I requested no ice and he mentioned I need to say it up front, and didn't want to re-make the drink. It wasn't until I firmly insisted that the cashier backed me up to say that she forgot to note that on the label.
Eventually they gave me a new drink with no ice. However, the drink was 2/3 filled, as you can see in the pic I've included. The light bulb container is already smaller than the regular sized containers so essentially I paid $7.03 (included tax) for 2/3 of a drink. I felt cheated.
Needless to say, customer service was lacking that day. I do appreciate the cashier owning up to her mistake. The drink in itself was tasty, but I finished the drink in less than...
Read moreMy favorite cheese foam tea by far
I ordered a green tea with cheese foam, honey boba, normal ice and sugar. If you like really sweet drinks, normal sweetness will do well, but I recommend opting for light if you don't have a sweet tooth like me. The tea flavor was definitely palatable. Just a touch of bitterness before the creamy cheese foam sweeps it away on your tongue. Boba was chewy and sweet. See a pattern here? It's not a drink for those who are sensitive to sugar.
I highly recommend this place! Really friendly service. The inside is small, but very cute and well-decorated. All of the seats and tables were taken away because of COVID, but don't let that stop you from supporting a local boba shop :)
If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely stop by again to try their...
