The traffic situation at this location is nightmarish at best there are several intersections that need lights crosswalks arrows extra lane they did a little bit better with the Costco gas just a teeny bit but just there's a intersection two exits south of the Costco gas that has literally 9 cars coming into it. One has no sign. Is literally two intersections right next to each other and it is the worst intersection in SoCal, period. For the nightmare I would recommend a traffic circle combined both of those intersections and put a center medium or something so that all cars can go around. There is a street with three crosswalks and no lights The one light at the end and the light at the other end is never used for people crossing the street this particular street is such a nightmare to go down I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The intersection at Target has too many people coming in or leaving a Target and the other two directions are generally under utilized making a backup on those two particular directions and turning this whole entire intersection into a nightmare. The intersection needs a right turn lane and a double left turn lane into Target and the other exit needs to be moved to or eliminated from the other side of Target. There is an intersection next to Lowe's and Costco that has no stop signs and is visually impaired in three directions yet cars coming usually go fast cars leaving are going fast and cars coming from Lowe's are going fast it's amazing that there's no accidents at this interaction. At half crowds right now the parking lots aren't almost totally full for the businesses that are around that they need to build a parking structure centralized so that people going to AMC or any of the local restaurants can easily go to those places. Overall I do not enjoy going to this place and I would generally go to other places farther away just to avoid the nightmare that is...

Absolutely love coming to The District whether it's on date night or just for some quick and casual shopping!

The District is located near Tustin Legacy which is next door to Target, Costco, and a few other centers in the area. It's got a wide array of shopping and dining to choose from so there's always something to find.

My personal favorite part is the Union Market which features a bunch of tiny little restaurants and boutiques that allow the customer to try them out -- similar to Anaheim Packing District. There is also a Planet Fitness, Bowlmor Lanes, and AMC Movie Theater.

My biggest complaint about The District is that it is always packed. Despite the amount of parking offered, it is still so difficult to find a good spot! They do offer valet parking, but I've never been desperate enough to use it.

The most recent addition to The District family is Cinnaholic which I absolutely loved when I was visiting Berkeley every so often. Overall, highly recommend coming to this place. I agree with the other Yelpers in that the mall itself is really spread out, but I still enjoy...
