?McDonald's food has gotten so awful since I was a teenager, that we only GI there because we only have a little money and they do have the cheapest food on their value menu than all of the drive throughs. I grew up in Utah and the only places that we ever ate at were Dee's( if you have never been to a Dee's , you have missed out on a great place to eat), Artic Circle, again, a great place. This is where the Fry Sauce originated people. Tater tots and the special sauce. Places in CA think they are great having 3 flavors if shaving cream shakes. And they think they should get a medal if they have those disgusting Oreo shakes. At article circle you can get anything you can think of. My mom would get pineapple marshmallow every time. Mine was always Carmel, I believe my dad got mocha, my sister got something new every time. My brother would dream up outrageous combinations to try and throw them off, but they made what they ordered every time. The burger s were great, Then we also had A&W drive ins. Everything about A&W drive ins was fantastic . So when I moved to California and all there were ,were McDonald's, Jack in the Box and Carl’s Jr. The latter 2never heard of, . my sister and I ate at J in the B because it was across the street from PCC. We order their " rat meat burgers" and they never batted an eye. Their food has gotten way better. And no more Gray stringy meat in the burgers. Mc Donalds used to have really good Bug Mac burgers. WT hell happened.? There used to be a really great place where everything was delucious, it was great prices you could get slushies if every flavor- where for art thou Pup and Taco? And you want a review of McDonalds when there used to be good places to eat? Don't even. Just sayin. My husband gets a coffee almost everyday. Mediocre . and forget it when you try to order a tea with extra sugar with a plain Black coffee. Geeze, they get all confused and heated and can't even get it right. Either you get absolutely no sugar( every single time) and the coffee gets loaded with creamer , which was never in the equation to begin with, and a cup of hot water and no tea bag and still no sugar. Why does this place even exist is...
Read moreI recently had an outstanding experience at McDonald's, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by the Store Manager Brenda. Despite a mix-up with my breakfast order placed through the McDonald's app after the breakfast hours, Brenda went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
Initially, I mistakenly ordered breakfast items past the designated breakfast hour. Despite this, the app processed my order and charged me accordingly. However, upon informing my Uber driver, they indicated that there was no order made. This led to some confusion and frustration on my end.
However, Brenda stepped in and handled the situation with grace and efficiency. She personally intervened and took the time to resolve the issue, even amidst the back and forth with two different Uber drivers. Despite the initial hiccup, Brenda made it her priority to ensure that my order was fulfilled promptly and freshly prepared.
Her dedication to customer service truly stood out, as she went out of her way to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction. Brenda's professionalism, kindness, and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience are commendable and deserve recognition.
Thanks to Brenda's efforts, I left McDonald's feeling not only satisfied with my order but also impressed by the level of service provided. I highly recommend this McDonald's location, thanks to the outstanding leadership and customer service skills...
Read moreThis is a McDonald's fast food place, not a Le Bernardin. I've seen nicer versions of fast food places in more established locales, and I like to think that this McDonald's stands just fine amongst them. Unless you're obstinately opinionated, you probably won't find much positivity in a basic fast food restaurant such as this- regardless of the area.
I've been with this McDonald's for all of my life, and though I'm merely 25 years old, I cannot ever once remember having an unpleasant experience or an issue with my order aside from a single time of which is honestly understandable: they no longer had crispy chicken honey mustard snackwraps but ranch snackwraps and when I asked if they could put it on my food for me as they made it, I was informed that I'd have to do it myself since the chefs would be forced to use a couple of the condiment sides customers acquire with order. Lazy on their part, but I was equally as lazy for asking them to do a simple task for me.
As of a few months ago, I noticed a placard near their doors stating that the restrooms were to be reserved for customers only. As often as I go, I have never dealt with the homeless as one other reviewer had described.
I rate this McDonald's a 5/5, because let's face it: we don't live in Detroit, there isn't a large problem that regularly goes on at this restaurant due to such, and the food being made consistently with little error...
