Unbelievable!!! My wife was quoted a price by this business for a replacement screen for her broken Samsung s23 ultra. The 2 gentlemen there when she brought it in gave her all her options including screens from other phones and both the pros and cons. My wife decided on an LG screen and the tiny con as she saw it and paid a deposit and had it ordered. They called her yesterday and said to come in and they would do the replacement. Upon dropping her phone off, one of the gentleman was there along with a different man. Not sure how off was the pricing, but he started yelling and berating his coworker in front of my wife about the pricing. That is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for the customer to say the least! Suffice it to say that my wife left there unsure of how this whole situation was gonna play out. When she went to pick up her repaired phone and pay the rest of the bill, she was told that not only was the replacement defective, but that there was a long wait as it was now on back order. Wow! Really! That's how you honor pricing? I estimate bids for my brother's company and a mistake in pricing is sometimes the cost of doing business. Not only won't I ever patronize that place, but I am gonna make it my duty to inform all others in the Tustin Foothill community to do business elsewhere.
