Wendy's — Restaurant in Tustin

I went to dine in with my 3 daughters. I placed my order with the cashier, who seemed mentally elsewhere. She apologized as she tried to settle down and rung my order up. I placed my order and sat down. I saw that I had been charged for the regular crispy chicken sandwiches and I had ordered the crispy chicken blt sandwiches. So I waited in line to let them know that I wanted the bacon and cheese on my chicken sandwiches and offered to pay the difference. However, the cashier started to blame me and said I had ordered the regular ones. She then calls her manager over to whom she says that I ordered the regular and wanted the blt now. I told her I had ordered the blt chicken sandwiches and that my daughter's and I had driven about 15 minutes just to eat Wendy's and that we didn't want to eat our sandwiches plain. The manager continued to tell me my order was already made and that she could charge me for the bacon and cheese a la carte and that it would be expensive. I suggested a solution..." can't you just refund me my money and placethe order correctly and charge me?"And the manager said she couldn't because it had already been processed. Anyway I demanded my money back. The cashier came back and told the manager to charge me for the drinks because we had already gotten our drinks and I said to both her and the manager that I didn't want the food nor the drinks and to refund me all my money. I got my money back and left. Never coming back to that location. Staff and especially manager needs further training! It was a Tuesday, August 1st sometime between...

9/16/25 around 1 pm Chubby Hispanic girl with big cheeks and everything else gave me ice water when I asked for ice and 2 ranch. She forgot the ranch and I had to ask again. I asked for ranch and honey mustard the second time but she decided to give me the 2 ranch which indicates she heard me the first time and ignored me the second time. I leave upset as I see my gas drop when I haven’t even driven, she shorted me on fries and my frosty, and my chicken wrap was a mess. Great job! I’m glad you put so much effort into patronizing the customers. Maybe if you exerted that talent into something productive, you wouldn’t be working there. Oh look, I’m still hungry bc you shorted me on chicken, too. If you don’t want me to buy your food just say so. Doesn’t it suck when your team makes...

Usually always busy here (drive-thru) with about 3-4 cars in line, but I've personally never had a problem with the service itself. Wait time for food is quick - the only limiting factor is the other patrons in line. When I've been the only person in line, it's only take about 2-3 minutes to complete my order. Place my order, pull up to the window, pay, and my food is ready.

Its a convenient stop right off the freeway, and you already know what you're getting when you eat at Wendy's.
