Good food, commited to fair carry out time, and bad customer service. Always loved pizza hut compared to it's competitors. This location specificly lacks training and results to poor customer service. Staff lacks effort of greeting their customer. Tonight was the worse experience with staff; Jameson. Staff chased me to the parking lot in attempt of proving I have not paid for the food I ordered and picked up. Jameson did not bother confirming my email receipt nor my bank statement showing that I have been charged and paid. As a nice customer I handed my card to avoid arguments. After confirming with him that I am paying for the right order, he then realized he have made a mistake after looking at the order he had just made me pay for. The best part is, he told me that there was no way to receive a refund in cash or cancel my payment. Jameson attempted to offer two 2liter sodas as reimbursement or store credit of some sort for $20.24 value. I have never seen 2liter soda that is worth $10. I walked out in disappointment. I have yet to call or revisit the location to resolve this issue. If any store or district manager bothers to read this, please look into the quality of your staff as this industry does not only rely on the quality of the food served but as well as the staff that provides the service.
Edit: One year later, the poor performing staff still works there. Today, I ordered my normal chicken alfredo pasta and honey BBQ wings. My previous orders of the same food have been good quality except today. My pasta was overflowing with sauce while my wings were dry. This had never been the case with other staff's presence when the times I order. Refer to the picture uploaded. Garbage performance should not be tolerated at this location.
Add on (16 December 2019) : 3rd Photo. After being served dry breaded bone out wings. I now received wings that seems to be a victim of possible intentional drowning of chickens. Is this real?

I called after a little over an hour after my order was placed and payment went through and managed to get someone with a bit of an attitude who told me “five-to-seven minutes” and have been waiting since but that was it.. That was an hour and forty minutes ago. I’ve called multiple times since then and, nothing. I only live 6 minutes away. Place closes in 30 minutes so I’m guessing this pizza isn’t coming. They got my $25 though, even tipped the driver... Even calling customer service and getting them to transfer me to the store didn’t work. The call just disconnects.
