Ordered online hoping to get a quick meal because I ran out of time to cook tonight. No, that was not the case. Had to go back because I paid $10 for a veggie bowl with no rice, granted, that’s the main ingredient in the bowl. But no, this bowl was a super thin layer of lettuce and a quarter (coin)-sized worth of beans, guac, sour cream, and pico.
I go back. The worker tells me the food is half gone... I explain to him that is how I got it... he proceeds to say, “I don’t believe you.” I told him I was legit just here 5 mins ago, I live right down the street. He continues to argue and look at me like I’m trying to scam them of some beans and lettuce... like come on.
After telling him I’m not that kind of person, he goes and remakes the order... and on top of it, shows me what it looks like with rice in it. He made it, and I must say, even with rice? That bowl was empty. And quite honestly, it was rude thing to do.
I get home AGAIN and it’s the same exact size and is now missing sour cream and guacamole. I go back for a 2nd time and ask for a refund. The manager walks forward, not the original employee (whose name I won’t put in here because I’m not trying to blast him), and is super nice and apologetic, saying she would have made it right the first time.
I expressed my frustration and told her all of what happened. She told me I had to get a refund from the app or however I ordered it. I told her y’all are usually really good with this kind of stuff. She agreed. She apologized again and said she would make it right.
I didn’t trust the original employee being behind the line and politely refused, I didn't want him near my food anymore even if she was making it, told her my wife already started to make another dish at home.
Mind you, while I’m running back and forth arguing, my food is sitting at home... got home, my food was cold... my drink’s ice is gone, and I’m up later than I wanted to be, and will not be getting the proper sleep I should be getting for work.

I've given this location several chances since it opened, and all I can say is that the only consistency this place has is that it consistently messes up orders. Don't order two different boxes because they'll interchange what's supposed to come in one box in the other. Don't swap out anything either; it seems to confuse them, and you will SURELY get the incorrect food. Oh, and don't, and I mean DON'T order a side of sour cream and leave without checking that bag... because it most definitely will not be in there. And don't think for a second you can avoid that mishap by ordering sour cream on the actual item you wish to use the sour cream on because they'll forget that too. The reason for the 1 star given for service is that generally, all of the employees were nice. This location needs to retrain/train employees and management on monitoring food quality and getting the orders executed correctly. I mean, I get that everyone makes mistakes, ... but every time 😶 that's a training issue. This review is based on orders I've placed for dine in, takeout, drive-thru, and delivery services. And yes, never have I ever received the correct order in the bag....

We asked can very nicely, can we have a sec please. Mind you, we were the ONLY car there and she again rudely answered yeah ok sure. Not even two minutes later she asks are you ready yet? I said, I guess I can be. As soon as I start with my order, had not even finished saying three items when I get rudely interrupted by this lady who has absolutely zero manners or customer service skills saying "HOLD ON HOLD ON HOLD ON. just being rude. Don't rush someone to order if you aren't even ready to do your job. Teach your employees basic manners and life skills or let them go try to find another job that will put up with their lack if decency.
