I placed an online order for a pizza 45 minutes ago. I waited about 25 minutes before heading over to pick it up. When I got to the counter and asked for my pizza, the employee acted like he had no clue about my order. It was clear to me that they hadn't even checked their online orders. The restaurant didn't look overly busy, yet when I mentioned I had ordered it over 25 minutes ago, he simply said they were "really busy" and told me to wait another 15 minutes. I waited for an additional 25 minutes, and the pizza still wasn't ready. There were no apologies and the service was genuinely rude. I understand having to wait when a place is busy, but the staff needs to be checking online orders and demonstrate basic customer service skills. The other point was the workers were cussing loudly and the one guy wiped his nose on his hand then grabbed the pepperoni and put it on the pizza. I just wanted to cancel right there. Last time we went, they got our order to us, by my son’s gluten free pizza wasn’t ready yet. So my 6 year old had to wait. When I finally went to ask about his pizza, the guy at the front didn’t know what I was talking about. A lady from the back then came and asked me what I needed. She said, “oh, I know where it’s at.” She went and grabbed a box from a back shelf and said it’s this one. So it was done, just sitting in a box in the back.

She asked how burnt it was and I said, "bad enough that I shouldn't have to pay for that." Next thing I know some young kid is at the register yelling at me to get the... bleep out of his store. He was doing something on the register and I asked to talk to the boss. He told me again to leave, and that he was the boss, and was going to have the police come remove me.
