Hidden gem in old town Twin Falls. We ordered 2 strawberry horchatas, the burria nachos, and a Cali burrito and split them between the two of us. The entire place felt very clean, and the service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff. We would have sat out on the patio to eat, but the weather had other plans, and happily sat inside and listened to the storm overhead. We definitely got our money's worth, with generous portions and large burritos, all made with some very tasty burria meat and sauce (per our order). This will be a regular stop for us any time we are in Twin Falls, and honestly, I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend trying them out, you won't be disappointed! They have a great menu to choose from, offer take out, and there's fresh baked goods to tempt you as you enter, so try to save room for desert! If not, you should definitely take some home with you! I stayed in Twin Falls overnight on my way to visit family, and Mia's bakery was absolutely amazing! It's family owned, and they could not have been any nicer. I'm not joking when I say it was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. I ordered The Mighty Burrito, and Horchata, and got a bag of different pastries, all which were very delicious!! The homemade tortilla was packed with really generous portions of their fresh, quality fillings, it really held the heat, it was like molten lava! And make sure to get the complimentary salsa to add some spice 🌶️ The horchata was really nice too, it had so much cinnamon! I'm going to make sure to go back on my way home to try their birria tacos, and maybe their new birria grilled cheese 🤤 I'm so happy I tried...

First time trying Mia's restaurant pozole had an amazing flavor not greasy at all just wish it came with oregano. Sides are chips, chopped onions and cabbage with chili de arbol. Torta was delicious, bread tasted soft like a cloud al pastor meat was well seasoned. Quesabirria tacos were delicious well seasoned both quesadilla and consome. Horchata was on point and not too overly sugary. The cucumber lime was just perfectly refreshing. Will definitely be coming back after the holidays to try their freshly baked bread.
