Dunes Motel — Hotel in Twin Falls

The room was infested with bugs to the extent I was unable to go to sleep until sheer exhaustion took over at 3:00 a.m. When I spoke with the manage in the morning about the bug problem, she told me they had pincer bugs everywhere in Idaho and that the bugs probably came in with me when I took my luggage into the room. When I was in a bind the managers at the Dunes Motel was truly helpful for me ,I am very thankful for this extended stay place that they have in Twin Falls for things like that, The motel get a lot of business and they try to keep up with the demand, they do their best to keep their rooms clean and in good order for you, I would give them a five star just for the hospitality, and how they bend over backwards just to help me in my time of need , and I a very difficult time in my life,I appreciate them...

If I could give it no stars I would..I am In room 6 I've stayed now for 7days at 25.00 a night needed to stay 2 more days,so I paid 50 and they turned around and said its fifty a night. Was never told that to begin with,wish I was,they do not provide maid service,the bathroom was dirty the floor needed mopped,I had to provide my own towels and bedding, or bathroom amenities.. what am I paying fifty a night for? Spotty free cable on a tv you cant hear if the air is on? I shouldve stayed...
