Monterey Motor Inn — Hotel in Twin Falls

First off..if you are renting long term here, do not expect your deposit back. We rented a large room with a kitchen for about 1000 dollars a month including deposit. We did not have hot water for 2 days, they came in while we were gone and left dirt and wood all over the floor, threw our stuff all over the beds and left dirty boot prints on the bed, when we left they refused to give back our deposit because the place wasn't spotless (they do have maids) we then cleaned the room better, they only gave us 50 dollars back because the toilet wasn't cleaned and the bathroom floor wasn't swept to their liking. Lived there 6 months the owner was very nice and respectful as where the management and maintenance Rooms are getting makeovers when people leave Some rift raft but not bad The management doesn’t tolerate tweeters or hooters There are weekly room inspections !! So get use to the maintenance coming into your room at any given time...
