Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Twin Oaks

Ordered a Big Murphy because it is not supposed to come with onions. When we got home we realized it had tons of green onions on it! One of the members of our household is allergic to onions, so the pizza we bought specifically so they could eat is useless for them.

Historically avoided this location after an employee, who was fired for their conduct, started irrationally screaming at us about their rewards program. Between this and Wildwood, we did Papa Murphys 2-3 times a week. After being screamed at we only ordered from Wildwood 1-2 times per week.

Wildwood closed (different franchise owner), so we only have had Papa Murphys once (and from) this location) in the past year. On that order the pizza was a bit sloppy in assembly, but that was just an appearance issue.

With this wasted $20+ pizza, we are planning to look to see which locations this franchise owner owns, and will avoid them at all costs.

First time ever customers & we stopped there for pizza. My boyfriend placed an order for two pizzas and while we were trying to wait we went to Schnucks to get some shopping done. Once we were done at the store, he went back to get the pizzas, they were UNBAKED! Not once did they say that it was take home & bake pizza, once he tried to return them, the girl that was working rolled her eyes and said that basically they already made them and he couldn’t return them.

THEY REALLY NEED TO ADDRESS THAT TO PEOPLE BEFORE THEY PLACE AN ORDER, SUPER MISLEADING!

Tried calling them, apparently there is NO manager, & they never apologized, he said “you should’ve said something when you came to get them!” I said “HE DID & TRIED!” the guy that answered the phone was rude, put me on hold and hung up on me. Called back & he said “well if you want a refund, come return the pizzas”

A joke, we don’t even live close to make the drive back, super inconvenient, horrible customer service, rude staff & terrible experience all around! Waste of time & money, take your business...

I normally love Papa Murphy's, have been eating their pizzas for over 10 years. This location however does not live up to the Papa Murphy's reputation. I ordered online when I got to the store I was told that the online orders were on the cart by the door and I could grab it. This cart is the large multi tiered one that is usually behind the counter. When I went over to get my order 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, I had to mover other peoples orders and not all of mine was together on the same shelf. Once home I went to bake the XLNY 3 cheese special, and saw that it had very little cheese, was missing the herb blend and was very sloppily made. The Garlic Chicken had the expected toppings, but was also very sloppy, the Garlic bread was great! Called to speak to someone about the food, and they were not very helpful. They said I could bring it back, but it was already cooking after I added my own cheese, which I had told them. Manager said they would refund. Overall with the poor quality of the food and they "self serve" I will not be back to...
