Gioninos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Just moved to Twinsburg. They are literally 2 minutes from where we live. We ordered pizza after we were done moving. Been here a couple weeks now and I order it every chance I get. They have amazing pizza! Fast service. Just an awesome place! As a matter of fact I'm heating a pc up right now from last night.

Edit:7/23/20. If you have an air fryer. Don't ever worry about ordering too much of their pizza! Comes out amazing! Like it just came out the oven! FRiCKIN AWESOME!!!

Edit: 11/27/20: just went there tonight and the owner said I'm all set someone already paid for your meal!?? Thank you to the person that paid it forward! And bought my food!! I will pay it forward also! Love Gioninos!! You guys are awesome!!

Edit: 12/30/20: was so in the mood for pizza tonight. But instead I got bread with a ton of sauce all over it. So much so that it just fell apart bc it was dripping with sauce. I love their pizza I do. But it can be very inconsistent some times. And it sucks especially when you're really in the mood for pizza! And also ordered a meatball sub said very light sauce. The bun was soaked in sauce. I almost drove it back. Kind of felt deliberate. Idk.....?...

We have ordered only gioninos for years from the Streetsboro location. After moving to the area we have started ordering from Twinsburg. After years of being loyal customers, we are done. This location makes a mistake every time. They brought us the wrong pizza tonight, I called and they were very nice and said they would remake it and send it right back out. After over an hour it arrived with a very rude delivery driver who said we owed them $3 for coming back out but it had to be cash. Well, 1. no one told us that so we weren’t prepared 2. we don’t carry cash and had to search for $3. Yes $3 isn’t a lot, but the fact that they were rude and coming back out for sending us the wrong order in the first place is ridiculous.

Something needs to change at the Twinsburg location before losing...

Just the worst location ever,in the last maybe 6 weeks I’ve called 8 times I love the Buffalo chicken pizza I get it at other locations all the time. But Twinsburg, where the store is 4 minutes from home. 1) of the 8 times I’ve called in six weeks today is the 2nd time someone answered 2) now this is twice in a row I’ve been told “sorry we already closed” “click” 3) 4 years I’ve lived over here and because of its convenient proximity to my home I keep trying but the pizza is either under cooked because I show up for it when they say to or I have to wait an additional 15 minutes after waiting 20 minutes to leave. It’s not the team altogether working there but each individual I’ve delt with just sucks like I mean that in...
