The employees preparing food were not wearing gloves. That is important when there's not a pandemic, not to mention when there is. My boys and I were having a lovely time until the employee came up to me to critique me getting a "to-go" buffet. Apparently I didn't know their rules and regulations and she rudely told me that I could not order a pizza and then take it "to-go" after we finished eating and were waiting 20 minutes for this pizza. I was surprised when the guy put 5 pieces of pizza in my box, but I didn't say no. Then I was waiting for the 2nd pizza "to-go." I went up about 10 minutes later and asked about it and she said they weren't making it. How nice of her to let me know!! The way their "to-go" buffet worked was not explained to my son when he went and paid for them for me. She said, "He didn't ask." Really!? You would think this would be explained automatically. We didn't even know they came with drinks and she told me that when she was educating me about the "to-go" buffet and said, "your son didn't get the cups. He left them up there." You would think she might bring it to us, but no. I had to go up to the counter and wait to get our cups. We are never going back...
   Read more3:15pm.. Well.. This visit is a little awkward.. They are not very busy as you can tell for the pic.. Been here 30 mins & I have not seen a manager yet⊠That probably has a lot to do with the lack of attention to detail..
At any rate.. Upon paying for my buffet, they had ran out of plates.. Isnât that like the most crucial part other than the food? Not exactly sure who dropped the ball⊠But I stood there for roughly 5-7 minutes waiting..
Finally they came with the plates and I proceeded to get my food and eat.. In the middle of eating I had gotten up to go get another place and when I return to my table have been cleaned off.. No problem, except for they threw away my fork (Cicis has went to disposable forks it seems)
So I went back up front to get another one.. Guess what.. nobody working at the front⊠Two people waiting to pay for a buffet⊠And no forks..
Iâm not really saying this for any other reason then I hope the owner sees it⊠If I hear back from him, I will immediately delete this, as I am a business owner myself and I hate leaving bad reviews⊠But On the same note, i canât stand bad service..

   Read moreHorrible service!!! Very unfriendly staff. Not one employee acknowledged guests walking in. I asked an employee for more ranch and she huffed and puffed while rolling her eyes. When the lady behind me asked for cheese, she seemed to be upset. I saw only one guy in the entire restaurant tending to customers as well as cleaning while the other 4 girls stood around in back listening to music. When I asked for parmesan cheese because there was not any none in the condiment area, the same girl with the bad attitude stomped off saying "oh my gosh" in Spanish, not knowing I could understand her. By far my worst experience. Should not be paying the amount of money they charge for such horrible service and cold pizza. Restaurant closes at 10pm but they started closing down at 915 and were upset because 2 big groups of families walked in at 930.
