Honestly I love the food at this place but hospitality/the service of the employees is just as important and they dropped the ball big time. I would often go into this restaurant because they have bomb egg rolls...I mean VERY OFTEN. Today my 5 yr old daughter and I where at a store next to the restaurant, I didn't feel confident about the restroom in that particular place so I decided to run to familiar place which was here...keep in mind I FREQUENT this place. Soooooo, we go in ABSOLUTELY no customers in the restaurant I ask "hey I'm sure you probably dont normally allow anyone to use your facilities unless we are buying but could my daughter please use your restroom" her response, "no not unless you customer". I responded ok thank you and walked out very respectfully. I will miss the egg rolls but I'll find more. Who doesn't allow a 5 year old to use the restroom not to mention all the money I have spent there. They definitely cant afford to loose a customer cause it's never any in there anyway I was probably the only one. Find another Pho...

The pho was delicious, but I don't think they gave me the right one. (I ordered the one with 3 meats, but it only had 2). As another reviewer mentioned, they don't have chili paste, but the Sriracha on the table gave it enough heat, and the broth was very flavorful.

Service was really lacking. Apparently they only offer chopsticks with certain meals, and she kind of disappeared after serving my food, and ignored me when going to other tables, so I didn't have the chance to ask for some. I ordered Jasmine tea, but only received water. (I didn't say anything at first, because I thought it might come out later, but it never did). Also, her demeanor was pretty cool to me and another table, while being very warm to a customer she already knew.

The serving size was small compared to other places, but it was only $10, so can't really...

I had never had Vietnamese food before in my life. My wife is originally from California and has experienced plenty of them since moving here to Texas. If you aren't familiar with the culture I can see how people would be taken back by the quit and calm atmosphere, and what might seem as rude behavior could be simply a cultural mannerism. It's normally only the husband and wife working when I've visited, but she is a polite front room host and waitress and her husband is the cook. Because it has been my first and really only Pho experience, I would say that the flavors and textures are unique, but very good when the taste has been acquired. I really like it now and sometimes even recommend going to my wife now! I give it a 5 star for the cultural experience...

Honestly this place is deceitful. They don't have actual prices listed on the menu. There was a sign that said prices are 1.00-3.00 more and the Vietnamese coffee that used to come as a drip tasted like instant coffee with condensed milk came in a very small glass that was mostly ice, and 2/3 full. The menu said $3.00 she charged $5.00. It wasn't brought out till the meal was already over. Not friendly and deceitful practices. We used to come here on our Tyler visits. No more. If the menu prices are different list them accurately. And we would have never bought the tiny coffee for $5.00. It took 6 mouthful drinks to finish the coffee. It's not the place it used to be. The pics are how they came 2/3 full in a small glass mostly ice.

This place has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The staff was friendly but unfortunately didn't help with making recommendations on what to try. I'm a novice to Vitemense cuisine so a little guidance would have been nice. They have pictures on the wall that correspondence with the numbers on the menu so I tried what looked safe for a beginner. The dish (#22) I had was ok. It came out hot and freshly prepared. Once I added the sauce they had on the table it was better. It was a good meal but I expected more flavor.

Went here for lunch while I was out working in Tyler. Must say Tyler needs a better pho spot. First off, the grilled beef fresh rolls were extremely over priced due to the size and lack of flavour in the meat. Supper bland and plain. Ordered the Pho Dac Biet as the main and was super disappointed, lacks depth and flavour. The soup was plain and didn’t have the deep beef flavour and fats that is required for a good bowl. I wouldn’t go back.
