Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tyler

I noticed this was a new location for Pizza Hut and decided to five them a try. Wait, wait and try them in a few months. We ordered in person and while waiting, an employee tells me they are gonna have to make another pizza cause the first one stuck to the pan. Ok, understand. So order is done drive the 20mins back home only to find the pizza is missing its one and only topping. Drive all the way back and pick up another one and while on the drive back, my wife calls and tells me the breadsticks are the small order, not the large one. While at the store I tell an employee this he just shrugged his shoulders. Anyways, grab the pizza head back home only to find out the center of the pizza is missing parts of the crust like it to was stuck to the pan. As of now, I don't recommend ordering from this place. The Pizza Hut located on Hwy 64 W across from the Walmart Supercenter is the worst Pizza Hut. They consistently overcook/burn my Cinnabon dessert. They also consistently leave off the sauce on my thin crust Supreme Pizza, making it dry, brittle, overcooked, and too crispy. This time they also left off my black olives as well. This order was a disappointment and there consistent poor quality and lack of good customer service makes them a huge disappointment overall in general. I never seem to have these problems with the Pizza Hut on S Broadway Ave near the Cumberland Village shopping Center but I don't want to have to drive 45 mins each way to get a better experience, I want that same great experience at my local shop 15 mins...

I haven't been to Pizza Hut for a few years. I decided to go get some pan pizzas. Wow all I can say is disappointment. They used to get the sauce and cheese all the way to the sides and you would get a cheesy crunchy delicious edge. There was a ton of cheese too. These pizzas were a pathetic excuse. The people on the phone and at the store were good but the food - yuck. I couldn't even eat the "cheese sticks" because they were missing the main ingredient, cheese. They were like eating dust. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the staff. If I could I would give the pizza a negative 4 stars. Not going back again for...
