Update!

So after my original post I was contacted directly by main office personnel, spoke with them directly they took the situation very seriously, and was put in contact with the store manager and the district manager directly. The two of them one of which I found out lives a couple houses down went above and beyond to make it all correct. And made me and my family feel appreciated and heard.

I was also put in contact with the supplier of the crawfish and was able to let them know exactly what happened and they took it seriously and investigated.

The store manager and I also found out that the first "store manager" i spoke with was definitely not on the leadership team and was informed that the store would take measures for handling calls better.

After everything I feel safe here and also have noticed some better interactions with the staff and the store is so nice.

I bought some frozen meats from here all well with in date but were bad my whole family got sick from eating the crawfish we bought from here. Also we bought a 5 lb bag of popcorn chicken chunks and tasted like fish after baking like recommend on the package. Called the store talked to the store manager about this and only reply we got was we have had issues with our coolers staying at temp. Really you could kill someone selling shellfish that has not been properly frozen or...

Shopped here at this store while staying at an RV Resort almost 20 miles away. Both times that I bought steaks, new york strips one time and several bone in rib eye steaks the next time, they were so PUMPED UP FULL OF WATER that when I had them on an open flame charcoal grill I left them right ON the flame for more than 20 minutes and when I flipped them over they barely looked the slightest bit cooked. They had so much water pumped into them that they WOULD NOT EVEN BURN with constant contact with FLAMES. Then after trying to burn them I gave up and put them on my plate to sit down and eat and I literally watched them shrink down to a thin 1/2 inch of a wood like texture within 5 minutes and surrounded by a plate full of water. The steaks expelled the water they contained and each time became tough and dry as a weathered pine plank. RIB EYES For God's Sake!! Before trying to burn them they all looked like they should have been nice and juicy with plenty of marbling of fat. But No!!! Totally ripped off because I paid for water weight at steak...

I shopped today at this super one store and I was over charged for a few things so I went back in to the office for an adjustment. The first young lady that I spoke with was a very friendly African American who took my receipt as I explained to her what happened, then this very very rude Hispanic female turned around and asked her what was wrong, then I explained to her the same thing about being over charged! This person, with my receipt looked at me and asked me where the items were although she was holding the proof of purchase in her hand!! The whole time she is acting like I was a bother to her as well as treating me like I was a thief when it was apparent that I was over charged!! For whatever reason this person was treating me like she was having to refund me from her own personal cash!! She never smiled and most of all she never apologized to me for their mistake, and for me having to make another trip because of something they did wrong!! This person really needs her...
