Well long story short I’ve actually came here for a few years now and this is the only one I come to besides the on broadway cause it’s always packed I’ve never had a problem with this ihop but today I actually order a T- bone steak with eggs with extra sides please be mindful I’ve ate medium rare steak for over 12 years. So when I see shit not right we have a problem I was eating steak and I notice my steak starting tasting foul taste to it I dug in more I notice a lot of more rawness and I was like yea they didn’t cook this right so I tell my server that this steak is way raw!!! So the server got his manager and the manager asked me that. ā€œNo that’s medium rareā€ I looked dead in her eyes and said I’ve been eating medium rare steak for over 12 years I know what I’m talking about. So I highly recommend you to have a someone who actually knows how to do medium rare steak the professional way not the halfass way and try to correct me with my steak I’ve been coming here for years and never have I had a steak this nasty….I had this unacceptable and uncall for this manager to think it was medium rare and was ok to eat this clearly don’t know how to cook hiring someone who doesn’t know anything bout being a culinary art school and how to have someone who’s under certified to cook the steak shame…

To start off with, the food is always great! The kitchen does a great job. But the servers need more training!! On our last visit, they never even offered a refill for us!! And they were completely out of straws! We waited about 15 minutes to get seated with the restaurant at less than half capacity. We go back here periodically, because the food is good, but the customer service is ALWAYS lack there of! We never see the manager, we watch table after table get frustrated with having to wait so long to even see a waiter for the first time, and you're lucky if once you ever do get your food, that you ever see them again. Other than to bring you your ticket before even asking if you need anything else. Needs better management. It would not CONTINUE to have such terrible customer service, if management was walking around helping their waitstaff or checking on tables to see what people might need. Used to, people had pride in their jobs. It is very obvious how different that is now. We sat and watched two tables last night get up and leave because they never even saw a waiter once, from when they were seated. There were 3 waiters last night and about 10 tables and everyone was getting poor service. THAT is a shame.

As we was leaving they was closing off the corner area after those of us was eating was leaving. The waitress also was playing host,waitress etc.she was doing multiple jobs at once so she was doing her part .the restaurant needs to do theirs so the workers aren't getting chewed out over stuff that's not their fault šŸ™„ the pic I've posted is the ants. Also have a video if someone claims this isn't true .I won't eat here again. They need a major improvement on cleaning and food priorities being safe šŸ™

I have never in life been to a restaurant with the service we received this night and I eat out daily but this was definitely the WORSE and the server that was working needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for her attitude towards everyone waiting to be seated. I came with my parents who are 70+ and my son, we just left a delayed graduation and decided to stop here to eat BIG MISTAKE. We were patient in waiting because we did notice they may have been short handed but it was not the fault of the customers so the hostess ELIZABETH came to hostess station to let everyone waiting know it would be a 40 minute wait which me and my party was there over 40 minutes at this point then she goes on to tell us that all was Available was pancakes and eggs and to blame the graduation which I didn’t understand as seeing the restaurant wasn’t packed so I’m not sure what the graduation had to do with the supply of food. Elizabeth then says if you don’t want that GO SOMEWHERE ELSE which we took very personal seeing as though the only customers waiting was AFRICAN AMERICAN people so it seems as though she had a problem with serving us. I then asked to speak with a manager think his name was ERIC I could be wrong and he let me know they are short staffed but they definitely didn’t just have eggs and pancakes so not sure why she would tell us that information so after knowing we were LIED to we decided to not eat at this establishment especially now it’s been over a HOUR wait and the hostess was rude disrespectful and seemed RACIST we went else where. The manager is how I retried her name because she would not give it which I still don’t know if that’s the correct name but this incident was MAY17,2025 around 1130PM and I have a few witness names and number of the encounter who also asked for corporate information because this was THE WORSE SERVICE EVER only gave a 1 star because I had too in order to leave review it’s definitely a NEGATIVE on service and the hostess I DO NOT RECOMMEND IHOP ON LOOP...

This time, I will give them only one star, everything was going great, the online order was fabulous, the collection in the parking lot was the same, the nightmare began whe got home and opened the bag From the ihop order, We celebrated my wife's birthday, And surprise his breakfast was missing, we took a breath and I told him calm down my love I'm going to call to find out what happened maybe they forgot to put it let's pick it up and everyone happy, but no, There is no lack of a person spoiling the day, when my daughter called she asked to speak with someone in Spanish, and the very kind lady told us. with George (Jorge) Quite the contrary to the lady who answered the call, that we wanted what was the problem I told her there is no problem, they just forgot to put a omelette t in our order, which she said What was the omelette about? Look my name is Alfredo there it appears in the order of what it is, no but you have to tell me you were the one who forgot it at the reception it was your mistake, look I did not forget anything at reception I will give it to me In the car, which he said, well, are you going to come for him today or are you coming another day, saying it in the most arrogant and rude way possible, to which I said I'm going to get her, I immediately hung up, I felt frustrated And very upset by the attitude of this guy, Jorge It does not represent your person, but represents IHOP, a restaurant, which must take care of its image and person,Because here and in China, the customer comes first, serve them in the most respectful and friendly way possible during their stay in the...

If I could give a zero, I would! My husband and I ordered online for pick up and they gave us a pick up time of 20 minutes after we put the order in. My husband went to pick up the food and he went inside and gave his name and they said you know it’ll be out in a minute. An hour later, I told him to literally ask them where the hell the food was, and at that point they announced for everybody that was picking up online food orders (Approximately TWENTY PEOPLE) that they might as well just get a refund online because they hadn’t cooked any of their orders. So my husband and TWENTY other people sat there waiting for minimum an hour, and the staff never once said we’re not gonna be able to do your orders they just let them sit there with no information, including when people inquired about it. This is extremely unprofessional, but not surprising for Tyler because Tyler is just , stinking rude. Look, it’s food service, not rocket science. If you can’t fill the order, tell the people right away so that they can go on about their business and not sit in your restaurant wasting their time for an hour. I definitely won’t be utilizing this IHOP ever again, Horrible customer service! P.S. They have essentially stolen the money of these TWENTY people as there is no way to request a refund on their website when you’ve ordered online for pick up. I’ll be calling my attorney in the morning about the theft...
