Usually love this location but today was not a good day! The guy that took my order Two number 17’s, one with a medium orange juice, the other with a small. He repeated the order back to me as I had ordered, then priced it at 9.07. I paid, got my order, drove off, only to find one order of French toast in my bag. No receipt was given, but I did go back to get my order corrected, only for him to say he failed to mention to me the 9.07 included only one order of French toast. Then told me I’d need to pay an additional 3.78 to get another of French toast. Sir, why should I have to pay for your screw up? However, I believe he didn’t fail to tell me anything it’s obvious his intention were to deceived. Hopefully, she will drive off and not check her order because God forbid I make a mistake. He could’ve told me at the window and I would have happily paid the additional cost. But don’t waste my time, I drove off and had to double back to fix an order you messed up and pay for it.I never call in on anyone but today I did. So no need to come in the comments and provide corporates number I’ve already contacted them. This location has a “hiring management” sign posted and it’s obvious it’s needed. If your qualified and pedaling through reviews please give them a call! As for the rude incompetent employee who lacks integrity. If they don’t pay you enough to care get a new job it’s not worth your happiness. Nor is it worth customers bad...
Read moreToday for my lunch hour at work, I was extra hungry, so I figured I would get Sonic, since the McDonald's at my work place is not serving lunch for another hour. I ordered a cheeseburger and large chili cheese tater tots with extra cheese. it was over 13 dollars. I got back to work and opened it to eat, and they gave me a breakfast sandwich on toast and medium regular tater tots...
I called them to get my money back and they said no, I would have to come back and they could remake it. I said no, I'm on my lunch, I don't have time. She said I can come back later in the week and they would remake it. I would have rather had a refund and it's insane to me that a place if business can refuse to refund you for what was THEIR mistake. Unacceptable. I'll never go back.
The entire point in going was because I did not want breakfast. So I go where they are serving lunch, and they give me breakfast. Not to mention, what they gave me cost significantly less than what I ordered...
Read moreOrder 2 simple ice creams, waited 30 mins.... my reeses blast I asked for extra, they charged me .50 for the extra and in a medium sized cup I watch her put 2 of the little white plastic spoonfuls of reeses in it... I asked for more when I looked at it and she(karen) handed me a very small plastic container about half full of reeses to add that was equal maybe to 1 more of the plastic spoons. This was all after I had placed the order from a regular car spot, and waited 20 something mins, I had to drive to the drive thur to actually get their attention. Karen just closed the window after request and has no clue how to address customers at all ! This sonic has about a 30-35 car slot parking/ordering availability which only had 8 cars total when I ordered ice cream. The other order was a chocolate fudge sundae with nuts... you guessed it, it was just ice cream and chocolate only... but they have no problem wanting a outrageous price for their item... odios sonic at 64...
