Subway — Restaurant in Tyler

I went there for lunch today at 12:40. I usually stop by this location 2 times a week. When the young man with curly hair isn't working it's AWFUL!!!!! The girl working there today is absolutely disrespectful, likes to throw your food around or has a attitude when you ask her to put toppings on your sandwich. I asked for a wrap and got pita bread instead. (She likes to argue) I should not have to wait for you to check me out when my sandwich is done so you can make 5 others behind me. She does not clean up behind herself, orders getting mixed up on the counter at the register because there is to many orders waiting to be checked out. Thankfully the lady in front of me was eating inside and brought me my food back to the counter! I will no longer be using this...

Do not order online. Every time I place an online order, I wait until the app says it’s ready before going to the store. Two orders ago, I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes in-store—meaning a total of about 60 minutes since placing the order.

This time, I arrived on time after placing my order, but it still wasn’t ready. I couldn’t wait and had to leave. I tried to cancel online but was unable to, so I called the store. When I explained that I had placed an online order, the employee told me, “Sorry, I’m just now making it”—which was already an hour after I had ordered.

Wish this store was better since it's the closet...

If I could I would give this place a zero for being unfair to the customers who supported this business all these years, and let us down selling the highest price sandwiches with a choice of pick , my sweet onion sauce, is no longer available and the Now the grilled chicken breast is not available , subway trying the cheap route at a high rolling fee by selling rosittere chicken , Better Not lol . I gave a 1 star because of the cleanliness and appearance of the food & was fully refunded after told the highest selling sauce was not a winner no more , very dissatisfied until further notice to...
