I wish if I can get (-) stars. Plz do not get me wrong. Food was okay I have been eating at Moby Dick for over 25 years since the 1st store at Georgetown DC. But today service was awful. I ordered my food the guy ar front was rudely savage. I ask to have my bread crispy and to be served my food. My devise ring. I went to get my food. No bread no sauce. I waited patiently for 3 minutes awhile 2 front guys talking to each other. After few minutes wow. They see me. I ask for the rest of my food. He said this is it. I told him I need my bread. My sauce. And I ask him if they're okay. With hummer. His answer was worry about ur self. Shut up and get ur food. Or I will call the police on you. Lol. This is was funny. My answer was sure. Get my money and I will put it the door. Lol. The other guy bring my bread and sauce. The other guy was calling the police. I set finish my food. Police never arrive. If the police want to talk to me. For sure. I would love to file aggressively customer service and disrespect customers complain. Not sure if it's such a thing like this.
Moby Dick owner. Please clean up your front disk. This is shameful service

Read moreHad an amazing customer service experience, probably the best in my life hehe. Sebastian was at the register and was the one who provided the service for me.
Here is some detail. I usually walk in and stand a little back of the counter, until I decide what I want. I walked in and wanted to do the same and stand back. Sebastian greeted me and invited me to the counter by starting to explain the menu to me (quick and brief, highlighting the different categories and the side choices for their combo meals). That alone grabbed my attention, since I dont usually like to be pressured into getting something (thats why I stand back until I decide), but his description was so good that it made it easier for me to make my food choice right there and then. Then he offered me sauce choices and I paid. He brought the food to my table and even asked me if I needed anything else (Usually only full blown restaurants do that kind of service).
Anyway, just want to say Sebastian's customer service was superb and will make me want to come back to the store again.

Read moreIt's always something with this location...I haven't eaten at this location for over 4 months (because of a horrible experience with an employee,and a large order we were placing). I thought I would give it a go again, I should've known...I placed an online order for pickup, when I got there I still had to stand in line, because there is no online pickup area. I received my bag (with 2 orders, one for me and a fellow employee). You know it's bad if I have to think to myself, "I better make sure it's all correct", well I open up my meal and to no shock, it was the wrong order. So I had to wait, even longer for them to make the correct meal. They called my name, I checked it again and all looked good. It wasn't until I got back to my office and was wondering why the rice was cold, oh, they must've used the same rice and just plucked the meat off and replaced the meat.
