Windmills Cafe — Restaurant in Ukiah

I was going to eat at that other place around the corner but I couldn't find a place to park, so when I spotted a spot right in front of the Windmills Café, I nabbed it. The Homeless Wanderer that approached me explained that the crime rate has escalated dramatically since he's come to town, and he'd be willing to make sure nobody breaks into my truck while I'm in the restaurant...for a small fee of course. He said the chicken and rice dinner is excellent here and the wait person will be happy to bring it right out to me while I guard your truck! Never ever have I had to sit for more than 10 mins to wait for an order… I have waited almost an hour … 20 mins shy of 1 full hour for a DoorDash order…… when asked how much longer she said”I’ll go check” never checked…. Went and helped a customer on their table order but for DoorDash that’s not gonna happen….. I have watched someone come in place an order and leave before I get my DoorDash order… still being ignored

Just went in for a celebratory brunch with my son for winning his first basketball game ! Woo hoo right ?! We were greeted immediately, seated and given drinks. Awesome ! We went to bathroom, came back and took a quick glance at the menu. Then we waited to order. Waited and waited..several others were seated, drinks given and then asked if they were ready to place an order all while me and my son are patiently waiting. Several employees walked past but not one stopped to ask if we needed anything ! Let's just say we ended up leaving and will not be going back !! Worst...
