I went in with an actual registered card carrying service animal and was told even registered service animals aren't welcome there. I even showed my card to the working employee and allowed him to take a picture of it to send the owner. He even felt bad telling sorry but she doesn't want any animal in there period. I even asked even though it's a registered service animal? He said, sorry. I'm just doing as I'm told. There is even a sign hanging right as you walk in the door about service animals yet i was still denied service with the animal with me inside. Since the situation already created an unwelcoming environment I chose to leave. I may never be back unless policies change but I do intend to report to the ADA compliance enforcement and allow them to handle things their own way.
