Great place to go with your friends to drink and watch the game. The biggest size they do is pitcher for beer. Unfortunately they stopped having the tower. The restaurant is overall clean. Place is for diehard Warriors fan.
Food: Oyster platter was pretty good. Not the best I have ever had, but if you are craving for raw oyster, you can get it here.
Garlic fries were pretty good. The portion is slightly small. Not to heavy on the garlic. Comes with 2 different sauce, which are ketchup and bbq.
BBQ chicken wings were good. Comes with a half dozen. The sauce is all over the wing. Sauce has a sweet taste and is between a mild and moderate spice level. Didn't need to use the lemon wedge on it for flavor.
Spicy chicken wings were good as well. Came with a dipping sauce. The BBQ chicken wings tasted better if you had to choose one.
The fried Calamari was good. Tapas size portion as well. Didn't taste like the sea. Correctly seasoned. Pieces were cut perfectly.
Chicken karaage was really good. It was crispy and came with a sweet sauce to dip the chicken. Better than some actual Japanese restaurants. I highly recommend this dish.
Baked oyster was probably the most tastiest out of all the items we ordered. The Mayo definitely heightens the meal itself. I would recommend this to be on your order.
All the skewers pretty much tasted all the same. The wagyu slightly tasted better. Heart and gizzards tasted pretty good. Get it for the diehard meat lover.
Service: Server was quick. The food came out quick as well. Nothing to complain about. Haven't been here on game day so I don't know how they do during stressful times.
Seating: Plenty of seats indoors and outdoor. I would recommend the inside since the atmosphere is a lot better.
Amenities: There is one unisex restroom. For the most part it's mostly clean.
Parking: Parking lot is...
Read moreCame here randomly with a friend of mine who lives nearby. Went on a Wed evening.
Parking: in a huge lot, was easy to get parking
Drinks: No hard alcohol, but they have sake and soju. We opted for a drink with fresh lychees and strawberries (with sake and soju? don't quote me on that). OMG I could have had 10 of these. really good
Food: Oysters: Fresh and loved the thai style sauces to go w/it Grilled Oysters: Garlic butter is the one we got, good, but the garlic could have been cooked a little bit more. Fried Calamari: Good, but nothing stood out on it for me. All parts included. eat the tentacles. All of them Ramen Hot Pot: ok, hate that it is just instant ramen, BUT the soup broth flavor had so much depth and made up for that. Lots of noms noms in the dish Curry Chicken Toast: Honestly ordered it because it looked good at other tables, really deep flavors, but this dish is HUGE. Made to share for sure.
Service: Beginning was good, not too many tables. Once it got busy though, the 2 servers they had seemed to get too busy and I had to do the "flag down".
Overall good experience, would come...
Read moreAfter a whole day of driving from Southern California to Northern California, we were looking for a place to grab a bite before calling it a night. This was one of the only places that stayed open late on a weekday so we decided to try it out. There was plenty of parking as it was located in the Union Square Marketplace next to Caffe:in. They offer korean bar style food so a lot of the items can be shared so you can try a little bit of everything. Our group got a variety of different foods such as beef tongue skewers, garlic fries, cheese corn, grilled squid and the infamous curry toast which was what caught our attention in the first place. Prices are decent for the portion of food that you get. I wasn't too hungry so I just got a grilled squid and it was pretty delicious. It wasn't overcooked and rubbery. Overall, our group was pretty satisfied with what we got and would recommend it for anyone looking for...
