Visited this place numerous times for lunch and supper. Drinks are slightly pricy, but are well made consistently and served in generous amounts. A nice touch is that the servers are very customer oriented. An example is during high traffic periods, the server(s) would notice which customers have been waiting for extended periods and let the customer know that they will check and push for their order.

Regarding food, selection is limited to a rice plate, a Ramly burger and some snacks. If unsure what to pick, go with the Ramly burger. It's just a damn good burger.

The only inconvenience with the place are the long in person order times due to large crowds that come around 9+ PM.

Fortunately, there's incentive to return as each purchase rewards points which can be redeemed for free drinks or toppings. The only suggestion I have for this place is that since rewards are tied to customer phone numbers, it would be beneficial for customers to be able to receive text messaging for when their orders are complete. This would reduce stress on employees looking for late customers and allow customers to more readily pick up their order without waiting inside the shop or constantly coming back to check if their order is done.

Got the Strawberry Fever Signature Honey Toast ($10.95) and 2 drinks, the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte and Matcha Ice Cream Milk Green Tea.

The honey toast was AMAZING- made to perfection from the cube toast to the ice cream and the toppings. The presentation is impeccable as well. Since it is take out only, it was carefully placed in an open take out box. We ate it right away outside but if you are transporting it you would need to be super careful!

There are 2 sizes offered for their drinks- we got the larger one (which in my opinion is very very large, see pictures for size). The Brown Sugar Pearl Latte was definitely better than the Matcha Ice Cream Milk Green Tea but the green tea drink was still yummy! Their boba is cooked and made to perfection, a nice size and chewiness. The drinks also come in very nice and sturdy cups which I think if you save and bring back you get a discount!

The staff is super nice and I will definitely be coming back to try more desserts!

Visited during COVID, they currently don't have any outdoor or indoor seating. They are limiting capacity for going inside to order and they have barriers up and hand...

They may close at midnight but they stop making popular items hours before close. So why they are open so late idk ¯(ツ)/¯ Also overheard them tell other guests they stopped making x y z after my order. Have fun guessing what they are still offering as it gets later.

EDIT2: Showed up when they opened at 1130 for a ramely burger, they told me to come back at 2.

EDIT: To Caffeins response, I have been told several times since you have been open (not just once or even recently- were talking since your opening/precovid) you have stopped preparing basic items such as Boba which you have made all day. In fact in my last visit I was told the person before me in line got the last Boba as if that was some upside. The customer after me was told you shut down the kitchen early for what items, idk. If you are going habitually shut down items before closing, posting times would alleviate all of this. Otherwise, to everyone else good luck guessing what you are making.
