I have held off on posting a review, because this is a new location and I understand this location was not aware of the volume of people that would be ordering from this location.
But I am incredibly disappointed.
In the first few months, the store times were short and wonky, the drive through lines were LONG, the wait times were LONG. And not "i'm an impatient karen long" but LONG as in you wait 10 mins to order in the drive through, then another 10 to get your order. My longest wait time has been 26mins. Average wait time has been 15 mins. (yes i had to start timing these to make sure I was accurate.)
But this location has been here for 6 months, and sadly nothing has changed.
Today about 10:00 i get in the drive through line. There was ONE car at the window, and ONE car at the menu ready to order.
I sat there for 8 mins. I then moved up to finally order.... "please hold" i waited for 5 mins to order (mind you AGAIN there is only one car ahead of me)
I order, then I get to the window, the SAME CAR IS IN FRONT OF. ME...I wait another 4 mins, get to the window, nothing is ready.
3 mins, I finally get my drink, but no sandwich. I wait ANOTHER 4 MINS finally get my sandwich. All in all it takes about 20-25 mins to get ONE DRINK AND ONE BREAKFAST SANDWICH.
NUMEROUS cars left from behind me... and thats disappointing because thats revenue driving away. Not just that, it's weakening the strength in the community support.
I wrote this long winded review to hopefully get the store manager and the regional manager to PLEASE FIGURE THIS OUT. The employees are cool, the store is clean, the drinks and food are fine and standard. But its the time and waiting. I've never had to deal with these wait times, from Baltimore, new york, atlanta, houston, etc. The ONLY PLACE i have seen these wait times, is at an airport starbucks. For some reason this store just can't get right..
Please for everyone's sake, the store owner and community alike, please figure this out quickly. It's...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but unfortunately, this location has made me rethink my daily visits. Time and time again, the drive-through is "down," and it seems more like a convenience issue for the staff rather than a legitimate problem. Given that this is a brand-new location, it’s hard to believe there’s a recurring technical issue with the drive-through, especially since this only seems to happen during the midday shift.
The repeated handwritten signs stating the drive-through is out of service feel more like an excuse to manage fewer orders rather than a real operational challenge. I’m not sure if corporate or the district manager is aware, but this is frustrating and disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect the level of service Starbucks is known for, and this consistent lack of effort is unacceptable.
I truly hope this is addressed so that the experience at this location improves for all customers. The amount of customers that I saw read the sign and race off angry today. Will explain why sales numbers are down so low.
Also, the issue of customer service has me even more pissed. They never greet you when you do come inside and you can tell they do not appreciate their jobs here and I advise management to pick another team. They’ve made my order wrong many of times before and came up with excuses as to why it was wrong Used the wrong milk as well and I could only imagine if I had an allergy. Trying to give them a chance and will continue to review until things change. Other locations know my name and order because of how frequently I go. Very disappointed. I’ve reported them to corporate before but have yet to be contacted by their direct manager as I was told before they...
Read moreI ordered at the drive thru and had to repeat my order more than 2 times because they don’t know the difference of syrups used in your drink. Got to the window, and I had my phone out to scan but the cashier kept going back and forth with me on my order. I asked them to scan my phone, but he said he needs my card first ONLY TO TELL ME I SHOULD HAVE SCNN FIRST! I got my coffee and my food and of course it was wrong again! My food was burned (how does that happen at a Starbucks, I have no idea). I gave them my coffee and said it was wrong, the someone else came to the window and handed me a random drink that was even worse! At this point I just left the nasty food and terrible drink. They don’t even label folk’s drinks or food which is most likely the reason why so many orders are wrong. Even the car in front of me had to give the Starbucks cashier back her drink only to end up with a water.
This was the first time going and this was by far the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I travel all over the country for my job, and this is the worst one! I will never come to this one again. If you want a great Starbucks experience, take a drive to Douglasville to get great service and to actually get what you ordered. Again, I will never order here again. And if your order is not correct, do not keep going there until management decides to change the...
